These are the guidelines governing the '$8 Free Promotion' (referred to as the 'Promotion'). This promotion is managed by the 888 corporate group (the 'Promoter'), which holds and operates, among other things, the brand 888poker.

1. This Promotion is available indefinitely, currently lacking a specific end date. We will inform participants in advance about the conclusion of the Promotion (the 'Promotion Period').
2. 888poker reserves the right to modify or terminate any promotion, bonus, or special offer at any time. However, if you have already enrolled in the promotion or made a deposit with the expectation of receiving a bonus or related benefits before any change is announced, those changes will not affect you, unless it’s necessary to prevent fraud or other unlawful activities.
3. Participation in this Promotion is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age.
4. This offer is exclusively available to players who do not already possess an active or prior account with 888poker.
5. At times, you may be required to validate your age and/or identity.
6. This Promotion permits only one entry per individual.
7. For security and verification, we reserve the right to restrict participation to: (i) one entry per household, (ii) one entry per computer, or (iii) one entry per mobile device.
8. Each participant can only make a single entry into the Promotion and may receive just one $8 FREE Bonus Package, as described below. Furthermore, only one entry per household or computer is allowed. If the Promoter has reasonable grounds to believe that a participant has breached these terms—such as by entering multiple times or engaging in unsportsmanlike conduct—they will be disqualified from receiving the $8 FREE Bonus Package.
9. For a duration of 24 months following their engagement, none of our executives, staff, or affiliated entities are allowed to participate in this Promotion. This rule also extends to their family members, defined as spouses, partners, parents, children, or siblings.
10. Qualified participants will receive a Bonus Package valued at $8 FREE based on the country of registration and the IP address. This FREE Bonus Package is fixed at $8, regardless of any currency fluctuations.
11. If you have any unresolved notifications in the Site’s cashier regarding your recent gaming actions, we maintain the right to revoke your eligibility for this promotion. Accordingly, any bonuses or other benefits received under this promotion will be forfeited.

15. Regarding fund withdrawals: The sums you can withdraw from your account are subject to established minimum and maximum limits. If you are located in the UK, your deposit balance can be withdrawn at any given time.
16. With reference to point 21 in the 'Bonus Policy', if we suspect any bonus misuse, we may: (i) deny the bonus, (ii) ask for further identification as outlined in Section 12.3(a) of the User Agreement, or (iii) restrict your account based on the 'User Agreement'.
17. The Promoter's decisions concerning Bonus awards are final and cannot be appealed or reviewed by participants or any third parties.
18. The Promoter holds the discretion to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
19. To fulfill the wagering requirements, no real money will contribute to these requirements unless specified otherwise by us.
20. Available funds will always be prioritized over Restricted Funds (including transferred money), and the remaining balance will be displayed in your My Account.
21. All types of bonuses (including Vouchers, their associated winnings, and unclaimed Bonus funds) may be lost when withdrawing funds.

Promotion

1. You can only take part in this Promotion if you have never registered with the Site before. If you benefit from this Promotion, you will not be able to claim any other first deposit bonus or offer with the Site. Conversely, if you have already claimed another first deposit offer, you are disqualified from this Promotion.
2. It is not permissible to combine this registration offer with any other registration promotion offered by the Site.
3. 6. Once the offer is claimed, the bonus will be distributed in stages as follows:

Tournament Tickets

1. Each Tournament Ticket has a fixed value and can only be used in tournaments with a buy-in that matches the ticket's face value. To clarify, Tournament Tickets are not valid for tournaments where the buy-in is lower than the value of the ticket.
2. If you do not utilize the Tournament Tickets received through this Promotion within 24 hours of them being credited to your account, they will expire, and you will lose access to those tickets.
3. A Tournament Ticket cannot be utilized by a player to re-buy chips or to add to their stack during a tournament.
4. Tournament Tickets cannot be: (i) converted into cash; (ii) combined to form a higher value ticket; or (iii) transferred to another player.
