Below are the outlined terms and conditions for the The Galaxy of Aces Promotion (hereafter referred to as the \"Promotion\") that relates to www.parquetbinet.com (the \"Site\"). Should you engage in gameplay or registration with the Site while located in the UK, the Promotion is coordinated by 888 UK Limited. For all other users, it is organized by the entity specified in your applicable User Agreement.

The Promotion is set to begin on 18.02.2025 and will end on 17.05.2025 (referred to as the \"Promotion Period\").

1. General

1. Only registered players can take part in the Promotion, provided they: (i) have an active account with the Website; and (ii) have made a real money deposit into their account either before or during the Promotion Period.
2. We hold the authority to cancel, adjust, or pause the Promotion, along with any bonuses or benefits that are part of it, if necessary for security, compliance with applicable laws, instances of abuse, or other exceptional reasons that prevent the promotion from being carried out as planned. This cancellation, modification, or suspension will not apply to you if you have opted into the Promotion, deposited funds in expectation of receiving a bonus, or started participating before any notification of the change is communicated.

7. To satisfy the applicable wagering requirements, no real money will count (fully or partially) towards fulfilling those conditions unless specified otherwise.
8. Your available funds will always be prioritized over Restricted Funds (including transferred Money), and the balance of both will be shown in your My Account section.
9. All types of bonuses (including vouchers, their related winnings, and untapped bonus funds) may be forfeited at the time of withdrawal.
10. Deposits made via Skrill and Neteller do not qualify for this promotion.

2. Eligibility

1. You may enter the Promotion only if you have received a direct email from the Site pertaining to these terms and conditions.
2. A minimum of one deposit must be made in the cashier for participation in the Promotion. However, if you have been awarded Tournament Tickets through an email from 888poker, you may utilize them without making a prior deposit.
3. If you are playing from Northern Ireland, this promotion does not extend to you.

3. The Promotion

1. All Tournament Tickets granted as part of the Promotion will be credited to your account within 72 hours after you fulfill the necessary criteria.
2. Tournament Tickets awarded under this Promotion can be utilized in the following events:
   • The $500 Milky Way Freeroll - conducted three times.
   • The $3,000 Andromeda Freeroll - hosted every Sunday.
   • The $25,000 Whirlpool Freeroll - occurring monthly on 22.03.2025 at 5:00 PM, 19.04.2025 at 5:00 PM, and 17.05.2025 at 5:00 PM.
3. To qualify for a Tournament Ticket for the $500 Milky Way Freeroll, participants must accomplish one of the following daily challenges:
   • Tournaments Challenge: Play in poker tournaments, including BLAST, with a total buy-in of $5 or more.
   • Sport Challenge: Place sports bets totaling $2 with minimum odds of 1/2 (1.5).
   • Casino Challenge: Bet a total of $2 on casino games.
   • Cash games challenge: Secure a win in cash games with any A/K, with minimum stakes of 1¢/2¢ applying. *A player can receive up to 3 tickets each day by tackling any configuration of the daily challenges. The $500 Milky Way Freeroll Ticket(s) must be claimed within 7 days of receipt or by 17.05.2025—whichever comes first. Any unutilized Tournament Ticket(s) will expire if they remain unused within that timeframe.
4. To obtain a Tournament Ticket for the $3,000 Andromeda Freeroll, a player must complete 9 or more challenges during a week (from Monday to Sunday):
   • Tournaments Challenge: Play in poker tournaments, including BLAST, with a total buy-in of $5 or more.
   • Sport Challenge: Place sports bets totaling $2 with minimum odds of 1/2 (1.5).
   • Casino Challenge: Bet a total of $2 on casino games.
   • Cash games challenge: Win a hand in cash games with any A/K, with minimum stakes of 1¢/2¢ applicable.
     Only a maximum of 3 challenges per day will be eligible for the weekly freeroll ticket challenge.
5. A player can earn up to 1 ticket weekly by fulfilling any combination of the daily challenges provided. The $3,000 Andromeda Freeroll Ticket(s) awarded in this Promotion must be utilized within 14 days of receipt or by 17.05.2025, whichever occurs first. Any unused Tournament Ticket(s) will expire if not claimed.
6. To receive Tournament Ticket(s) for the $25,000 Whirlpool Freeroll, players must accomplish one of the following challenges each month throughout the Promotion Period:
   • Eliminate 10 or more participants in any PKO or Mystery Bounty tournaments.
   • Cash games challenge: Win 100 hands with any card in cash games (Including Snap), with minimum stakes of 1¢/2¢ applicable.
   • Win £150 or more hands in PLO 5 or PLO 6
   The Evaluation will occur according to the specified dates: 22.03.2025 at 5:00 PM, 19.04.2025 at 5:00 PM, 17.05.2025 at 5:00 PM.
7. A player can acquire up to 1 ticket per month (with a total of 3 tickets available throughout the promotion) by fulfilling any combination of the above challenges during the Promotion Period. The $25,000 Whirlpool Freeroll Ticket(s) awarded under the Promotion must be claimed by 17.05.2025. Unused Tournament Ticket(s) will expire if they are not utilized.
8. Freerolls are limited to 18,000 players.
9. Rebuys are not considered for the Tournaments Challenge.
10. When actively participating in cash games at the stated stakes, only hands that progress post-flop will be counted towards completing the challenge.
11. "Winning a Hand\" is defined as winning a round, regardless of whether it is shared with another player or won through a side pot.
12. Days are counted from 00:00 GMT to 23:59 GMT.
13. To earn a single Tournament Ticket for the final $25,000 Whirlpool Freeroll organized through this Promotion, a player must satisfy one of the following casino challenges:
    • Bet $25 or more on any roulette game
    • Win 5 or more hands of blackjack
    • Bet $25 or more on any slots
    • Challenge must be completed until 15.05.25
    • Offer is valid until 15.05.25
    • Participants can earn 1 freeroll ticket for the upcoming $25,000 Whirlpool Freeroll slated for 17.05.25.

LIVE EVENT

1. To get Tournament Ticket(s) for the $25,000 Whirlpool Freeroll, players need to fulfill one of the following challenges every month during the Promotion Period:
   • Knock out 10 or more players in any PKO or Mystery Bounty tournament.
   • Win 100 hands in cash games with any card (including Snap); stakes of 1¢/2¢ apply (excluding PLO).
   • Win £150 or more hands in PLO 5 or PLO 6

   The assessment will be based on the following periods: from 18/02/2025 until the Monthly Freeroll on 22/03/2025, Monthly Freeroll on 19/04/2025, and Monthly Freeroll on 17/05/2025.

2. The top 300 players each month in the $25,000 Whirlpool Freeroll (the \"Winners\") will receive a ticket to the London Eclipse Freeroll scheduled for 24/05/2025.
3. The leading 2 players in the London Eclipse Freeroll will win an exclusive package to the 888poker LIVE event in London.
4. This package encompasses entry to the Main Event, along with travel expenses and hotel stay.
5. By participating, you acknowledge acceptance of the following provisions:

Freeroll:

1. All Tournament Ticket(s) issued under this Promotion will be credited to your account within a 72-hour window after meeting the required conditions.
2. Tournament Ticket(s) received through the Promotion can solely be utilized for the London Eclipse Freeroll tournament.

888poker LIVE Event:

1. The Promoter bears no responsibility for arranging the winner's transportation from home to the airport and from the airport to the hotel, nor related parking costs.
2. The Winner cannot exchange the Prize for cash or transfer it. If the Winner is unable to attend for whatever reason, no monetary compensation will be awarded, the Prize will not be handed over, and they will not receive any part of the Prize.
3. Event organizers reserve the right to alter, amend, or adjust any aspect of the tournament.
4. All events are arranged in Euros (€).
5. Cash tables are accessible continuously within the tournament area.
6. By taking part in this Event, the Winner consents to participate as a representative of the Website at the Event, which includes wearing company-branded clothing provided by the Company throughout the event duration, even at the final table.
7. The Company holds no liability for any tax obligations related to the Prize.
8. To participate in the Event, individuals need to be a minimum of 18 years old. Every entrant must show a form of identification that verifies their age, such as a passport or a government-issued photo ID. Those who fail to provide adequate proof will not be allowed to take part in the Event and will not receive any form of reimbursement.
9. By entering the Event and being selected as the Winner, the Winner gives the Company and its associated entities, along with their marketing partners, a global, transferrable, indefinite, royalty-free, and irrevocable right to utilize their name, photo, voice, and likeness for promotional and marketing initiatives—both online and offline—related to the Website. The Winner acknowledges that they relinquish any claim against the Company, including all members of the 888 corporate group in relation to these rights.
10. 888poker does not support any private agreements made among players during our qualifying tournaments, and consequently, we will not handle any disputes that arise from these private arrangements.
11. During the Event, the tournament organizers will uphold strict conduct standards for players, which may include disqualification for inappropriate behavior. Should the Winner be penalized or disqualified due to violations of these rules, the Company will not be responsible for their participation, and no refunds will be issued.
12. When participants join this Event, they fully agree to the outlined terms and conditions without any reservations.
13. All rules against online fraud and collusion will be enforced. Any fraudulent behavior will lead to the disqualification of the winner along with the inability for their friends to claim any prizes. The Company reserves the right to impose further penalties on such players, which could include account cancellation or disqualification from the Event.
14. THE WINNER IS REQUIRED TO HAVE A VALID PASSPORT THAT WILL REMAIN ACTIVE FOR AT LEAST SIX MONTHS POST-EVENT, AND IT IS THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO SECURE ANY NECESSARY VISAS OR ESTA TRAVEL AUTHORIZATIONS. THE COMPANY WILL NOT BE LIABLE IF THE WINNER CANNOT TRAVEL DUE TO INSUFFICIENT DOCUMENTATION, AND THE PRIZE VALUE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
15. It is the Winner's responsibility to organize their travel arrangements to and from the event, including taking out any necessary travel insurance, such as medical or lost luggage coverage.
16. The Company will not be held accountable for any changes regarding flights, accommodations, or any other travel-related matters that occur after the Winner has finalized their travel plans.
17. The Company and all associated companies are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or inconveniences experienced by the Winner or their belongings during the Event or any related activities. This includes any restrictions resulting from COVID-19 imposed by local authorities or health agencies, especially those related to travel, quarantine, or testing.
18. By taking part in this Event, participants allow the Company, along with any third-party service providers related to the Prize, to share their personal information necessary for delivering the prize.
19. Should a player's account on the Website have been closed or they have voluntarily excluded themselves for any reason before the Event, they will forfeit their ability to claim the prize and will not receive any monetary compensation.
20. By entering the Event, each participant agrees to indemnify and hold the Company, along with its legal representatives and affiliates, harmless from any claims or damages related to participation in the Event or the award and use of the Prize.
21. Winners might need to fill out and sign a waiver regarding insurance with any third-party service provider or the Company before being allowed to accept their Prize. Additionally, the Company or the third-party provider may request the Winner sign other documents before they receive the Prize.
22. The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions as necessary for security, due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, or to align with changes in applicable laws or regulations. If significant changes are made, the Company will inform the Winner in advance.
23. The Company holds the authority to cancel or retract the Prize from the Winner without any financial compensation if the Winner is under investigation or if their account has been closed or blocked.
24. Any sections of these terms that are inherently required to continue beyond the Event's termination will remain enforceable until they are deemed obsolete.
25. The User Agreement for the Website applies to this Event as well.

Free Ticket to a Galaxy Superstar

• To engage in the promotion, players must enroll in the daily Galaxy Superstars tournaments as listed below.

• After participating in 9 tournaments of the same kind, players will automatically receive a free ticket for the 10th tournament.

• The eligible tournaments are:

  • Galaxy – PKO Rumble 5.50 ($5.5)

  • Galaxy – Big Shot 11 ($11)

  • Galaxy – Big Shot 22 ($22)

• The complimentary ticket will be credited to the participant's account shortly after they finish the 9th tournament.

4. Claim

To obtain the Tournament Ticket(s) provided through this Promotion, participants must respond to the claim email from 888poker by clicking the associated link within 7 days of receiving the email. If this link is not clicked in time, the opportunity to receive the Tournament Ticket(s) will be forfeited.

5. Tournament Tickets

1. Tournament Tickets are not valid for rebuying chips or increasing a player’s chip stack during a tournament.
2. Players are prohibited from: (i) exchanging Tournament Tickets for cash; (ii) combining tickets for a higher value ticket; or (iii) transferring tickets to other players.
3. For additional terms and conditions regarding the use of Tournament Tickets, please refer to our Bonus Policy.
4. Blast Ticket(s) received through the Promotion must be utilized within either 30 days of their receipt or by 17.05.2025, whichever comes first. Any remaining Tournament Ticket(s) will become invalid if not used within that timeframe.

6. Bonus prize

1. Bonuses received immediately during the Promotion can be withdrawn only after players accumulate 3 Bonus Points for every $1 of the received bonus within a period of 30 days. Unused bonuses will be removed from accounts afterward.
2. If a player wagers on casino games using an 'immediate bonus' and wins, they will receive a maximum of $500 depending on their account currency. Should their winnings exceed this limit, only $500 will be paid out. This restriction does not apply to verified progressive jackpot winnings earned from free spins.
3. Wins derived from bonus funds, either in whole or in part, will be distributed to the winning player in the following manner: (i) a payout to the player's cash balance up to the amount of their bet funded by real money; (ii) a payout to the player's 'bonus wallet' up to the initial bonus amount used for the bet or the balance that was in the player's 'bonus wallet' prior to placing the bet, whichever is greater; (iii) a payout of the remaining winnings to the player's real bankroll if associated with poker games or to the 'bonus wallet' if the general bonus was utilized in casino games.
