XL Spring Series Promotion

These are the guidelines and stipulations for the \"XL Spring Series Promotion\" (the \"Promotion\") intended for users of www.parquetbinet.com (the \"Site\"). If you participate or sign up via the Site while located in the UK, the Promotion is managed by 888 UK Limited. For players in other locations, it is structured by the company specified in the User Agreement applicable to you.

The Promotion will start on May 18, 2025, and end on May 27, 2025 (the \"Promotion Period\").

  1. General

    1. To take part in the Promotion, participants must be registered users who: (i) hold an account on the Website; and (ii) have deposited actual money into their account either before or during the Promotion Period.
    2. We retain the authority to cancel, alter, or halt the Promotion, along with any bonuses or incentives offered, if necessary for security reasons, legal compliance, or in response to harassment or other situations where the Promotion cannot proceed as initially outlined due to unforeseen events. If you have already entered the Promotion, made a deposit expecting a bonus or other perks, or engaged in the Promotion prior to the notice of cancellation, alteration, or suspension, these changes will not affect you unless action is necessary to combat fraud or similar illegal activities.
    3. Participants must be at least 18 years old or of the legal age of consent for gambling services as determined by the jurisdiction's laws, whichever is greater, to join this Promotion.
    4. Should there be an outstanding message on the cash management section of the Website regarding your recent gaming activities, we may have the right to disqualify you from participating or continuing in this Promotion. If that occurs, you will lose any bonuses or other rewards you've either acquired or are eligible to receive under this Promotion.

      The amount you can withdraw from your account is influenced by the existing limits set forth in the Withdrawal Policy . If you attempt to withdraw an amount that is below the minimum allowable limit, those funds will simply be returned to your balance.

      If there is a reasonable suspicion that you are trying to exploit any bonus (as detailed in Section 9.2 (k) of the Terms of Service), we may: (i) deny that bonus; (ii) ask for further identification documents as mentioned in Section 12.3 (a) of the Terms of Service; or (iii) limit or terminate access to your account in accordance with the \" UK User Agreement \".

      If you do not register or play in the UK:

      You agree to abide by these terms and conditions that regulate the Promotion, in addition to the \" User Agreement \" which outlines other related conditions including, but not limited to, the \" Bonus Policy \"

      Your withdrawal amount is subject to both minimum and maximum limits. Should your request fall short of the designated minimum amount, the funds will revert back to your bankroll. Details regarding the minimum and maximum withdrawal limits can be found in the \" Withdrawal Policy \".

      With respect to point 21 in the \" Bonus Policy \", and if we have reasonable grounds to believe you are attempting to misuse any bonus, we may: (i) refuse to grant you that bonus; (ii) request further identification papers as outlined in Section 12.3 (a) of the User Agreement; or (iii) suspend or limit your account in accordance with the applicable \" User Agreement \"

    7. To fulfill the requirements for applicable wagering, no actual funds will be considered as contributing (partially or wholly) to the wagering requirement unless we specify otherwise.
    8. Available funds will be utilized prior to Restricted Funds (which can include transferred money), with both balances displayed in your My Account section.
    9. All types of bonuses (including vouchers, associated winnings, and any unclaimed bonus funds) may be forfeited when you make a withdrawal.
    10. Deposits made through Skrill and Neteller do not qualify for this offer.

You can only participate in the Promotion if you (i) have received an email directly from the Site linking to these terms and conditions; (ii) have registered on the Site, deposited real money into your account, and placed a real money bet of $1 or more before the Promotion Period begins; or (iii) make your initial real money deposit into your Site account after the Promotion Period starts.

  2. To earn a free entry, participants must buy-in and play in 10 tournaments that fall within the buy-in range of $22 to $1,050 during this promotion.
  3. Only tournaments labeled with 'XL Spring' in their name will count towards earning the free ticket.
  4. Freerolls
    • The leading players from each XL Spring Series Freeroll will be awarded a seat in the $500,000 Main Event satellite (referred to as the \"Target Tournament\").
    • There is no entry fee for Eligible Players to join the freeroll, and no special tickets are needed to participate.
    • A tournament seat cannot be: (i) converted to cash; or (ii) transferred from one player to another.

  1. Tournament Tickets
  • All tournament tickets issued as part of this promotion will expire at the conclusion of the Promotion Period. Any unused tickets will no longer be valid after this timeframe.
  • A Tournament Ticket cannot be used for re-buying chips or adding chips to a player's stack during a tournament.
  • Tournament Tickets are not allowed to be: (i) exchanged for cash; (ii) combined to form a higher-value ticket; or (iii) transferred to another player.

  1. Claim

Furthermore, to claim a bonus associated with a claim email, you must reply to the email sent by 888poker by clicking on the link provided within that email within 7 days of receipt. If the link is not clicked within this period, your entitlement to the bonus will automatically lapse.
