WSOP LAS VEGAS 2019 MAIN EVENT T&C

  1. Below are the guidelines and regulations for the 'WSOP Las Vegas 2019 Main Event Promotion' (referred to as the 'Event'). This Promotion is run by the relevant company within the 888 group (the 'Promoter'), as identified on the website www.parquetbinet.com, which operates the platform (the 'Website'). All 888poker The individual who emerges victorious from the Event Qualifier Tournament hosted on the Website (the 'Winner') will receive a prize package worth $12,600 for the Event, which includes: (i) an entry fee of $10,000 (paid directly by the Company to the tournament organizers); (ii) accommodation for six nights (from July 4th to July 10th, 2019) at the Vdara Hotel in Las Vegas (paid directly by the Company); (iii) $1,000 designated for travel and other expenses (credited directly to the Winner’s poker account); (iv) an invitation to the welcome event by 888poker; (v) transportation arranged from the Vdara Hotel to the Rio Hotel and Casino for the Event (scheduled for July 5th); and (vi) an 888poker Live kit (collectively referred to as the 'Prize Package'). apply.
  3. The Winner is not permitted to exchange the Prize Package for cash or transfer it to someone else in any manner.th, July 7thand July 8thIn the event that the Winner cannot participate in the Event for any cause, the cash value of the Prize Package will not be compensated, nor will they have any claim to any part of the Prize Package.
  4. The Winner is confirmed to compete in the Event exclusively on day 1C ONLY , with no exceptions.
  5. The Main Event will take place in the poker section of the Rio Hotel and Casino (convention area).
  6. To enroll in the WSOP Main Event tournament, you must visit the 'Will Call' registration desk, which is conveniently located on the right side as you enter. Here, you will need to pick up your 'Total Rewards' card, which is necessary for registering for the main event tournament. After that, you simply need to present your name and inform the staff that you have already registered through wire transfer facilitated by 888poker.
  7. To obtain the buy-in ticket, it is essential to present the 888poker ID bracelet given at the welcome session held at the Vdara Hotel. Without this ID bracelet, registration to the Main Event tournament will not be possible.
  8. Please ensure you carry two forms of identification, with one clearly stating your current address. This can include either two forms of photo ID (such as a passport and driver’s license) or a passport plus an official document that verifies your name and address (like a bank statement or utility bill).
  9. The Company will arrange accommodations for the Winner at the Vdara Hotel, covering the stay from July 4th to 10th, 2019. These dates are fixed and cannot be altered. To clarify, no refunds or rebates will be given if the Winner checks out before July 10th.
  10. The Company is not responsible for extending the Winner’s reservation at the Vdara Hotel beyond July 10th.
  11. Should the Winner still be participating in the Event past July 10th, 2019, it is their sole responsibility to secure their own lodging arrangement thereafter.thThe Company will not organize transportation from your residence to the airport or from the airport to the Vdara Hotel Las Vegas, nor will it cover any associated parking costs.thof July 2019.
  12. If you are declared the Event Champion, you will be required to participate in up to three (3) 888poker LIVE events upon request from 888poker during the year 2020. The costs of travel and lodging will be covered by 888poker.thof July 2019.
  13. By taking part in this Event, the Winner agrees to represent the Website at the Event, which entails wearing Company-branded attire or patches throughout the Event, especially during the final table. thNeither Caesars Interactive Entertainment Inc. ('CIE') nor the Company will bear any tax obligations linked to the Prize Package.
  14. Entrants must be a minimum of 21 years old to participate in the Event. All participants will be required to present proof of age (passport or another recognized photo ID). If an entrant cannot provide such identification, their participation in the Event will be denied without compensation.
  15. 888poker does not endorse any private arrangements made during our tournament qualifiers and thus will not assume any responsibility for any agreements made between users.
  16. Strict regulations regarding player conduct will be enforced by tournament organizers during the Event, which may include disqualification. If you are penalized or disqualified due to any violations of the rules set by the tournament organizers, the Company bears no responsibility for your participation in the event and will not issue any refunds.
  17. By engaging in this Promotion, every entrant unconditionally accepts these terms and conditions.
  18. All fraud and collusion regulations of the Website are applicable. Any fraudulent acts will lead to the Winner losing their Prize Package (and their friends will also not receive any portion of it), and the Company reserves the right to pursue further actions against such individuals, which may include account termination and disqualification from this Promotion.
  19. THE WINNER MUST HAVE A VALID PASSPORT REMAINING ACTIVE FOR AT LEAST SIX MONTHS FOLLOWING THE EVENT’S END, AND IT IS THEIR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO OBTAIN ANY NECESSARY VISA (IF REQUIRED) AND/OR ESTA (IF REQUIRED) FOR TRAVEL TO LAS VEGAS. THE COMPANY ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR ANY TRAVEL INABILITY DUE TO LACK OF APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTATION AND WILL NOT REFUND THE MONETARY VALUE OF THE PRIZE PACKAGE.
  20. The Winner is entirely responsible for organizing their travel to and from Las Vegas and must secure their travel insurance, which should include medical coverage and protection against lost luggage.
  21. The Company holds no responsibility for altering flights, accommodations, or any other travel-related arrangements after the Winner has finalized their plans.
  22. The Company has secured the room at the Vdara Hotel Las Vegas and the right to participate in the Event and compete in the Main Event from third-party providers, and as such, is not accountable for the quality of these arrangements; the winner waives any claims against the Company concerning this matter.
  23. By entering this promotion, every participant authorizes the Company and any third-party service providers in regard to the Prize Package to share their personal information with those vendors to facilitate the prize delivery.
  24. If a player's account on the Website has been closed or self-excluded at any point prior to the Event, they will not be eligible to claim the prize, and the prize's monetary value will not be refunded.
  25. Through entering the promotion, every participant agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the Company, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims for damages resulting from this Promotion or the receipt or use of the Prize Package.
  26. The Winner may need to fill out and sign an insurance waiver with any third parties involved in the Prize Package services or with the Company prior to claiming the Prize Package. They may also be required to sign additional documents before they can receive the Prize Package.
  27. These terms and conditions are presented in the English language. Should there be any discrepancies between the meanings of these terms in translated versions and the original English version, the English version will take precedence.
  28. The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions as necessary for security purposes, in response to extraordinary circumstances beyond the Company's control, or in line with changes to applicable laws or regulations. In the event of any substantial changes, the Company will provide the Winner with reasonable notification.
  29. The Company retains the authority to withdraw or revoke the Prize Package from the Winner without any monetary compensation if the Winner is under investigation or if their account with the Website has been closed or blocked.
  30. Any provisions included herein that are essential for enduring beyond the termination or completion of this Promotion to fulfill their intended purpose will remain in effect until they are no longer required to achieve that purpose.
