Such instances are referred to as \"Errors\" in the User Agreement, and examples can be found in section 5.1. Some Errors may be undetectable by either party. Any bets influenced by these Errors will be rendered invalid, and any bonuses or winnings resulting from such Errors will not be disbursed to you, as elaborated in section 5.
• Your Violation of These Terms: If you materially breach any part of the User Agreement, you are responsible for compensating us for any resulting losses, as specified in section 6.

Section 9.2 provides examples of such activities, including gambling with proceeds from crime, using techniques to bypass house advantages, exploiting security vulnerabilities, deploying software aids, disconnecting intentionally from games, collusion, chip dumping, misusing the \"sit out\" function, systemic exploitation, abusing special offers, depositing without playing, and failing to submit requested documents for verification per section 3.
• Fraudulent Transactions: If we have reasonable grounds to suspect a payment is fraudulent or that any fraudulent activity has occurred, we may terminate your account, annul the User Agreement, reverse any payouts, and reclaim any winnings, as stipulated in section 11.4.
• Abuse of Promotions: If we suspect you are attempting to unfairly exploit or manipulate any promotions, bonuses, or special offers we provide (including practices such as creating multiple indistinguishable accounts for welcome bonuses, depositing solely during promotional events, or consistently playing free games without engaging in paid games), we will classify such behavior as \"Special Offer Abuse\". This is further explained in section 9.2, and in such cases, we may deny, withhold, or revoke any bonuses or promotions offered, or close your account and terminate the User Agreement, as stated in section 9.1.
• Account Termination: Beyond the reasons mentioned above, we reserve the right to terminate the User Agreement and close your account immediately if we decide to halt our Services, if you violate any User Agreement terms, or if we believe your account may be linked to another account that has been terminated for serious breaches, according to section 15.2. • Understanding Available and Restricted Funds: If both Available Funds and Restricted Funds exist in your account, as described in sections 12.9 and 12.10, any bet you place will first use Available Funds, except when utilizing free spins, FreePlay, jackpot vouchers, Tournament Tickets, Free Bet Tokens, or Profit Boost Tokens.
• Winnings Limit for Restricted Funds: If you deposit real money into your account and only wager with Restricted Funds on casino games, your winnings will be capped at $500/€500/£500 (refer to section 12.11). Starting June 14, 2021, if you have not successfully deposited real money and only wager with Restricted Funds, your winnings will be capped at $100/€100/£100 (as detailed in section 12.12). 14. Complaints and Disputes

'Events Beyond Our Control' signifies any cause beyond our reasonable ability to control that prevents us from delivering the Software and/or Services or meeting any of our obligations in the User Agreement, including but not limited to cyber-attacks, fires, floods, storms, riots, civil upheaval, wars, nuclear incidents, terrorist acts, and natural disasters.

3. mistakes in the odds or conditions of a bet shared for betting purposes, which might include: (1) incorrectly stated odds or conditions; (2) a clear error or 'palpable error' (where we incorrectly offer odds that significantly deviate from the standard market odds or are obviously incorrect relative to the likelihood of an event happening); (3) situations where a bet is linked to a wrong participant (like an individual or team absent from the event); and/or (4) concerning Live or In-Play Bets (according to the 888Sport Sports Betting Rules), if our odds are based on a score shown on the Site that does not match the actual score provided by the relevant sports authority at that time;
4. errors during the acceptance of your bet, for example:
5. when we unwittingly accept a bet from you that we shouldn't have;
   1. when we accept a bet (other than a Live or In-Play Bet according to the 888Sport Sports Betting Rules) after the respective event has commenced; and/or
   2. in relation to Live or In-Play Bets (as defined in the 888Sport Sports Betting Rules): (i) when a bet is mistakenly accepted at incorrect odds or price due to delays or technical defects; (ii) if a bet is accepted on an event that has already concluded; or (iii) if we accept a bet related to an event that follows a prior event which could influence the outcome (for instance, in football (soccer), if a free kick is given and you bet that the next goal will come from that free kick); and/or
   3. mistakes in settling a bet or in calculating and distributing winnings, such as if we resolve a fixed-odds bet using different odds than those at which you placed your bet, if we mistakenly pay winnings for a bet that was deemed losing, or if we distribute winnings inaccurately.
   4. In the event of an Error, we will strive to rectify it with minimal disruption to you (though we are not obligated to provide any backup systems or equivalent services).

In case of an Error: (a) any bet/wager you placed that was influenced by the Error will be considered null; and (b) any winnings or bonuses (or similar benefits) ('Winnings') that you received which would not have been issued had the Error not occurred ('Erroneous Winnings') will also be void. This means your bet will not count, and any Erroneous Winnings will not be payable to you. This holds true whether or not these Erroneous Winnings are shown in your account on the Site.
7. During our investigation of whether any Winnings may be Erroneous Winnings, we may pause the payments of such Winnings to you. If we conclude that these Winnings are not Erroneous Winnings, we will proceed to process the payments or credits. Conversely, if we determine they are Erroneous Winnings, those amounts will not be credited to you.

   4. Collaborative Cheating: When two or more players work together to gain an unfair edge, which may involve sharing information about their hands or other crucial data, as well as, unless previously clarified by us, agreeing to divide any winnings.

   7. Coordinated Misconduct: When an account or set of accounts function in a systematic manner to gain an unfair edge at the expense of another player or to perpetrate deceitful actions against other players or us, such as implementing cheat techniques or collaborating as a group.
