1. Identification: For your initial withdrawal, we require a copy of a current photo ID. This can be a passport, driver's license, or national identity card. 2. Card Verification: You will need to submit a photo of both the front and back of the credit or debit card(s) you used to add funds to your account. 4. It's vital to note that for users of both credit and non-credit card methods, withdrawals made on the same day as a deposit through the same payment option may be combined into a single transaction for processing.

In other scenarios, any withdrawals will revert to the member in bankroll currency as per the rate utilized by the issuing bank.
