Withdrawal Payment Time Frames

Withdrawal requests will generally be handled within a timeframe of three business days from the date you submit your request. For members with Gold VIP status (applicable only to casino transactions), we will strive to complete withdrawal requests within just one business day. During this period, you have the option to cancel your withdrawal directly through the Cashier and revert the funds back to your bankroll. This allows you to engage in real money play without needing to make a new deposit. If the three-day period passes (or one day for Gold VIP casino members), the withdrawal will be marked as 'processed,' and cancellation will no longer be an option.

You will receive an email notification when the processing of your withdrawal request is finalized and the funds have been transferred to your account.

While we aim to process all withdrawals within the stated timeframes, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays, such as verification processes, technical difficulties, or actions or oversights by third parties. We cannot be held liable for any delays in processing your withdrawal.

Additionally, we reserve the right to delay or suspend the processing of withdrawal requests until we have received final approval for any pending deposit transactions.

Should we decide to cease operations in your country, any payouts will be subject to reasonable processing fees.
