Negreanu now owns seven bracelets and expressed his joy at finally breaking his streak without a win.

“It has been such a long time,” he mentioned to PokerGO. “Watching others accumulate five or six bracelets made me feel outdated. Everyone seemed to have six by now. Achieving seven elevates me to a new category, alongside John Hennigan, as I work my way back towards the 10-11 range.”

“This victory is undoubtedly significant, but I'd rather not relive the many second-place finishes I faced. It felt like I had a streak of ten in a row. The anxiety and stress were overwhelming, so to finally win the all-ins at the end it's just a huge relief.”

Another seasoned player, Phil Ivey, celebrated his 11th bracelet victory in the $10,000 Limit 2-7 Triple Draw Championship, earning $347,440. This accomplishment places him in sole possession of second place in the all-time bracelet count, just behind Phil Hellmuth.
