Explanation of Call
In the past, players would sometimes use the expression 'see' to signify that they were calling a bet, saying something like, 'I see your bet.'
During live poker games, it's not always necessary to verbally announce a call. A player can simply slide the correct chips forward in one fluid motion to indicate their intention to call.
It's important to remember that a call can only take place if at least one bet has been made during the current betting round. If there is no active bet, players can either check or place a new bet.
Example of Call used in a sentence -> Our opponent increased our continuation bet on the flop, and we chose to call .
