It's essential that you carefully read through these terms and conditions (the “Terms”) along with the relevant 888Poker Terms of Service before engaging in any part of the 888Poker Live Event.

The 888Poker Live Event (referred to as the “Event”) consists of three stages:

1. The first stage involves Online Satellites hosted on the 888Poker website.
2. The second stage includes the Main Event Qualifying Satellites on the 888Poker website, where participants can compete for several prizes, including the chance to take part in the Main Event and more.
3. The Main Event (referred to as “the Main Event”) is held during the 888Poker Live Events series.

Phases 1 and 2 will be conducted online, whereas Phase 3 will occur as a live, in-person event during the Event. 888 serves as a sponsor for the Event, which consists of various poker tournaments.

888poker will organize a promotion connected with the Event, offering prizes for the Main Event to winners who meet the conditions specified in these Terms (the “Promotion”). These Terms define the rules and conditions for your involvement in both the Event and the Promotion.

Online Satellites and Main Event Qualifying Satellites are organized by the relevant evoke Group company (as clarified in the Terms of Service applicable based on your country of play) (“888Poker”), which operates the www.parquetbinet.com website (the "Website").

The Event is coordinated by Grosvenor Casino in the UK. The regulations governing the Event are established by the organizer, and 888poker assumes no responsibility for these regulations. It is your duty to understand and adhere to the Event rules before participating.

Please note that this Agreement is: (a) a legally enforceable contract between you and 888Poker, (b) the complete and final understanding of your participation in the Event and the Promotion, and (c) it supersedes any previous agreements related to this subject.

You affirm that you have not depended on any assertions or promises, whether verbal or written, apart from those explicitly outlined in these Terms. 888Poker holds the right to transfer its rights, licenses, and responsibilities under these Terms to any member of the evoke Group or another third party without notifying you.

You acknowledge and agree that 888Poker, or an authorized third party acting for it, has the right to implement any reasonable measures to enforce the Terms at any time.

By joining the Event and Promotion, you signify your acceptance and commitment to abide by the Terms, which form a contract between you and the organization. If you do not agree to adhere to the Terms, you must refrain from participating in the Event or the Promotion.

All participants engaging in any phase of the Event must be at least 18 years old. The full Terms and Conditions apply.

Phase 1

Online Satellites 

1. The initial phase of the Event focuses on the qualifying stage where participants can qualify online by entering a series of online satellites with buy-ins that begin at only 1 cent – make your way to the top! (the “Online Satellites”).
2. The Online Satellites phase operates according to the Terms of Service outlined in the satellite lobby.
3. Winners from the Online Satellites will gain the opportunity to advance to Phase 2.
4. Alternatively, it's possible to skip the first phase and move directly to Phase 2 by paying a buy-in fee of $109 for the Phase 2 - Main Event Qualifying Satellites.

Phase 2

Main Event Qualifying Satellites

5. Participants in this phase will be those who have successfully completed Phase 1 or opted to purchase the Buy-In as specified in point 4.
6. The Phase 2 - Main Event Qualifying Satellites will adhere to these Terms and the Terms of Service.
7. By participating in the Main Event Qualifying Satellites, you're also eligible for the Promotion and may win a Prize to take part in the Main Event.
8. The winner(s) of the Promotion will be those who succeed in Phase 2 and will receive the Prizes detailed below.

9. Any referenced conversion amount or conversion rate in this Agreement is meant for reference alone. Actual conversion rates may vary, and you acknowledge that such rates do not establish a binding guarantee or obligation of any particular exchange rate at the time the prize is granted.
10. Once a participant wins, 888Poker will email the Winner with details about the Prize and provide instructions and further required actions, including a request for information. The Winner must submit all requested information to 888Poker within three days.
11. The Prize cannot be transferred. It is not redeemable for cash.
12. The Prize may not be granted if the account is closed, banned, or self-excluded.
13. For Prizes that involve a Buy-In, 888Poker will cover the Buy-In cost for the Main Event; however, participants must follow the rules and regulations set forth by the event organizer. By accepting the Prize,
14. 888Poker or any member of the evoke Group will not be liable for any taxes related to the Prize.
15. For Prizes that include lodging, the Winner acknowledges that all arrangements will be exclusively handled through the Main Event Travel company (the “MET”). To help facilitate your lodging arrangements, a representative from MET will reach out to you about 10 days after you provide all the required information to 888Poker and once your information is verified by 888Poker. Once MET confirms your eligibility according to these Terms, the amount for your lodging from the Prize will be credited to a MET account created in your name using the email linked to your 888Poker account. You can then visit their website at https://www.maineventtravel.com/ with the same email address and select your accommodation. No refunds will be issued if the value of your chosen accommodation is less than the credited amount; furthermore, if any accommodation costs more than the Prize value, the Winner will need to cover the difference.
16. Players are required to book their accommodation and utilize the funds credited to their MET account within six months. Any remaining funds post this period will be deducted from the player's MET account.

18. For Prizes including Travel Expenses, the Winner must have an active account with 888Poker to receive the funds specifically allocated for travel costs. This amount will not be sent via any other means. After the funds are deposited into the Winner's 888Poker account, they may withdraw it to cover their travel expenses.
19. The Winner must adhere to any additional terms and conditions related to the Prize, including but not limited to ticket terms, general admission prerequisites, dress codes, and restrictions on alcohol consumption during the Main Event. 888Poker reserves the right to withhold delivery and/or annul the Prize if they reasonably suspect that the Winner has not or will not comply with any of these additional terms.
20. 888Poker will not be responsible for arranging or covering any extra costs, such as transportation for the Winner from their home to the airport and from the airport to the hotel, or any related parking fees, extra luggage fees, visa or permit expenses, and so on. The Prizes are limited to those specified in Clause 8, and no additional benefits will be provided.
21. If the Winner cannot attend the Main Event or utilize any part of the Prize, the monetary value of the Prize will not be dispensed to the Winner, nor will the Prize be granted, and the Winner will not be entitled to receive any portion of the Prize.
22. The individual who wins the Prize will be entirely accountable for arranging their own transportation to and from the event, and must follow the guidance provided by 888Poker along with the stipulations outlined in these Terms. Additionally, the Winner is tasked with securing their own travel insurance, which should encompass, but is not limited to, coverage for medical emergencies and lost luggage.
23. For any Prizes that necessitate advance bookings, the arrangements must be confined to the dates of the Main Event. We maintain the right to invalidate any reservations made for dates outside the specified timeframe of the Main Event.
24. In cases where Prizes involve a Buy-In, the corresponding sum will be sent directly to the Event organizer, accompanied by all necessary information about the Winner for registration purposes.

26. 888Poker does not support or condone any agreements made during our tournament qualifiers, and consequently, we cannot be held accountable for resolving any personal arrangements made by participants.
27. Any participant whose account on the website has been deactivated or who has chosen self-exclusion at any point before the event will not be eligible for the Prize, and no monetary equivalent of the Prize will be refunded.
28. By entering the Event, all participants consent to release and indemnify 888Poker, along with its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, and their respective officials, from any damages that may arise in relation to the Event or the receipt, acceptance, or use of the Prize Package.
29. The Winner might need to sign an insurance waiver with any third-party supplier linked to the Prize, as well as with 888Poker. Additional documentation may also be required by 888Poker or the third-party vendor prior to the Prize being awarded.
30. The Winner must have a valid passport that remains effective for at least six months after the Main Event concludes, and it is their sole responsibility to acquire any necessary visa, ESTA, or travel authorization essential for entry into the country hosting the Main Event. 888Poker is not liable for the Winner who cannot travel due to inadequate travel documents, and the Prize’s monetary value will not be refunded.
31. 888 holds no responsibility for any modifications to flights, accommodations, or any other travel-related components chosen by the Winner.

Phase 3

Main Event 

32. The Main Event is set to take place at Grosvenor Casinos, commencing on January 21, 2025, and continuing until November 16, 2025.
33. 888Poker will facilitate your registration for the Event.
34. By accepting the Prize, the Winner confirms they have read and comprehended the Terms and Conditions of the Main Event and agrees to adhere to all stipulations within. Should the Winner disagree with these Terms and Conditions, 888Poker reserves the right to retract the Winner's participation.
35. If there are any concerns regarding a false identity, fraudulent usage of the Winner's identification, or attempts to have another person represent the Winner, access to the Main Event will be denied. Moreover, failure to present valid identification on the Event day will lead to disqualification.
36. By participating in the Main Event, the Winner consents to represent the 888Poker brand, which includes wearing company-branded apparel provided by 888 throughout the duration of the Main Event, especially at the final table. The Winner acknowledges that they are not a licensed legal representative of 888Poker or any other company within the evoke Group and does not have the authority to act on behalf of 888Poker or any associated group. The Winner also agrees not to wear or showcase 888's branding at any subsequent events after the Main Event.
37. By participating in this Event and winning the Prize, the Winner grants 888Poker and any affiliate company within the evoke Group the perpetual, globally applicable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, and irrevocable right to use their name, image, voice, and likeness for promotional and marketing activities connected to 888Poker, without any compensation provided. The Winner expressly waives any potential claims against 888 and all companies within the evoke Group in this context.
38. During the Main Event, the organizers will enforce stringent regulations regarding player behavior, which could lead to disqualification. If the Winner is penalized or disqualified for violating these established terms and conditions, 888Poker assumes no liability, and no refund will be granted.
39. The Event organizers retain the authority to alter, modify, or adjust any elements related to the organization of the Main Event, as well as its governing Terms and Conditions.

General Terms and Conditions (applicable to all phases)

40. These Terms and Conditions are applicable to every phase of the Event. All participants must comply with these Terms throughout their involvement in any part of the Event.
41. Should any Prize be rendered unavailable for any reason, 888Poker retains the right to replace it with an alternative Prize of similar or higher value. No cash alternative will be provided.
42. All participants must be a minimum of 18 years old to engage in the Event or Promotion. Therefore, no Prizes will be awarded to individuals below this age, nor will they be permitted to enter the Event.
43. 888Poker does not endorse any agreements made by participants that contravene poker regulations. Consequently, 888Poker will not bear any responsibility or liability for resolving personal deals between participants.
44. The personal information of the Winner may be shared with:
    1. The Main Event Organizer for purposes of registration. This information will be processed and safeguarded in line with the privacy policy of the Main Event Organizer, which can be found on their website.
    2. Furthermore, the Winner's personal data might be shared with MET (https://www.maineventtravel.com/) to facilitate participation in the Main Event. This information will be handled according to MET’s privacy policy, which is available for review at their site. https://maineventtravel.com/pages/page/privacy . 
    3. Additionally, the Winner grants 888 and any third-party service providers associated with the Prize the right to disclose their personal information to those vendors in order to ensure delivery of the Prize.
45. 888 and any company within the evoke Group will not be liable for any personal injuries or losses sustained during transit or at the Main Event, including but not limited to accidents, health issues, or loss of personal belongings. They will also not be held responsible for any damages, losses, expenses (including travel and accommodation costs), or inconveniences that arise from the Winner's participation in the Event or related activities, including health agency matters concerning travel to or from the Main Event.
46. If any Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, 888Poker reserves the right to replace the Prize with another of equivalent or greater value. There is no cash equivalent for the Prize.
47. Prizes are not transferable for cash (or any alternative prizes) and cannot be assigned to other individuals. Each Winner is entitled to one Prize only.
48. All fraud and collusion policies applicable to the website remain in effect. Any fraudulent actions will lead to the Winner forfeiting their Prize, and their friends will likewise be unable to claim any portion of the Prize Package. 888Poker also reserves the right to pursue further actions against such Winners, which may include account termination or disqualification from the Event, Main Event, or Promotion.
49. This Event is designed to enhance the enjoyment of our services for customers, and any attempts to manipulate, abuse the promotional process, or abuse the spirit of the promotion will not be tolerated. Such actions may result in the forfeiture or cancellation of any Prizes, as well as immediate exclusion from this and future promotions, or account closure if deemed necessary by 888Poker.
50. Prizes may be supplied by third parties. In such scenarios:
    1. 888Poker does not offer guarantees regarding the authenticity or quality of these Prizes;
    2. 888Poker will not be liable for any modifications to these Prizes (including changes to dates, times, locations, or the nature of the Prizes due to circumstances like interruptions, delays, cancellations, etc.); and
    3. Winners of such Prizes must fully comply with any additional conditions related to these Prizes (including but not limited to ticket policies, general admission rules, dress codes, or restrictions on alcohol consumption). 888Poker reserves the right to withhold or cancel any such Prize delivery if there are reasonable grounds to suspect that the Winner has not met or will not meet these additional conditions.
51. These Terms have been drafted in English. In cases of discrepancies between the translations of these Terms and the English version, the English version shall take precedence.
52. 888 reserves the right to modify these Terms, including but not limited to changes required for security purposes, extraordinary circumstances beyond 888Poker's control, updates due to applicable laws or regulations, or other business considerations. Should 888Poker make any significant revisions to these Terms and Conditions, it will inform the Winner in a timely manner.
53. The 888 organization holds the authority to revoke the Prize Package from the Winner, without any financial compensation, if it is discovered that the Winner is under investigation or if their account on the website has been terminated or suspended.
54. Any clauses included here that inherently need to persist beyond the conclusion of these events to fulfill their intended purpose will indeed remain in effect until it is no longer necessary for them to do so.
55. A portion amounting to 5% of the overall Prize pool associated with the 888poker UKPL will be set aside for administrative expenses and prizes, excluding satellite tournaments.
56. Should there be any violation of these terms and conditions, or if a customer is deemed unqualified to take part in a promotional event (at the discretion of 888Poker), the company reserves the right to withhold or cancel any prizes related to that promotion without incurring any responsibility.
57. At any moment, 888Poker retains the right to alter or stop this Event or Promotion, either temporarily or permanently, with no prior notice required.
58. The resolution provided by 888Poker regarding any disputes related to this Promotion will be considered definitive, and there will be no discussion on the matter.
59. 888Poker will not be held accountable for any inaccuracies, delays, or issues concerning data and delivery connected to this Promotion.
60. The Event is regulated by the Terms and the applicable Terms of service for players, with all parties agreeing to the exclusive authority of the English legal system.
