It is essential to carefully examine these terms and conditions (referred to as 'the Terms') along with the relevant 888Poker Terms of Service before taking part in any aspect of the 888Poker Live Event.

The 888Poker Live Event (hereafter 'the Event') consists of three distinct phases:

i. Online Satellites that will be hosted on the 888Poker website.

ii. The Main Event Qualifying Satellites also held on the 888Poker website, where players have a chance to win various prizes, including an entry to the Main Event.

iii. The Main Event itself, which occurs during the 888Poker Live Event from January 12 to 19.

The first two phases will take place online, while Phase 3 will be an in-person event held during the live event. 888 is the event's sponsor, and the Event comprises a variety of poker tournaments.

A promotion is being organized by 888poker in connection with the Event, which includes rewards for winners of the Main Event who fulfill the criteria stated in these Terms (referred to as 'the Promotion'). These Terms delineate the regulations and stipulations governing your involvement in both the Event and the Promotion.

The organization of Online Satellites and Main Event Qualifying Satellites is managed by the relevant evoke Group company (as defined in the Terms of Service relevant to your country) ('888Poker'), which operates the website www.parquetbinet.com (the 'Website').

The Event is being organized by Casino Gran Via in Madrid. The rules applicable to the Event will be established by the organizer, and 888poker assumes no responsibility for them. It is your duty to ensure you are informed about and abide by the Event rules before joining.

Please understand that this Agreement serves as: (a) a legally binding contract between you and 888Poker, (b) the complete and comprehensive agreement regarding your participation in the Event and the Promotion, and (c) it supersedes any prior agreements related to this matter.

You affirm that you have not relied on any assurances or guarantees, whether written or verbal, other than those explicitly outlined in these Terms. 888Poker retains the right to transfer its rights, licenses, and obligations under these Terms to any member of the evoke Group or another third party without notifying you.

You understand and concur that 888Poker or an authorized representative on its behalf possesses the right to undertake any reasonable actions to uphold these Terms at any given time.

By engaging in the Event and Promotion, you indicate your acceptance of and agreement to be bound by these Terms, which constitute a contract between you and us. Should you disagree with the Terms, you are not permitted to participate in the Event or the Promotion.

All participants at every stage of the Event must be 18 years old or older. Full Terms and Conditions are applicable.

Phase 1

Online Satellites

1. The initial phase of the Event involves a qualification stage, where participants can secure their spots online by entering a series of online satellites with buy-ins starting at as little as 1 cent - Ascend through the ranks! (the 'Online Satellites').

2. The Online Satellites phase operates according to the Terms of Service detailed in the satellite lobby.

3. Winners of the Online Satellites will earn the opportunity to progress to Phase 2.

4. Alternatively, participants can opt to bypass Phase 1 by directly purchasing entry into Phase 2 with a Buy-In fee of $109 for the Main Event Qualifying Satellites.

Phase 2

Main Event Qualifying Satellites

5. Those competing in this phase will include individuals who have successfully completed Phase 1 or chosen to purchase their Buy-In as outlined in the fourth point.

6. Phase 2 – Main Event Qualifying Satellites will be regulated by these Terms and the Terms of Service.

7. Participation in the Main Event Qualifying Satellites allows for entry into the Promotion and the chance to win a Prize for the Main Event.

8. The Promotion winners will be those who emerge victorious in Phase 2 and will receive the Prizes described below.

9. Any mentioned conversion amount or rate in this Agreement is merely for reference; actual conversion rates may differ, and you acknowledge that such rates do not form a binding obligation or guarantee of a specific exchange rate at the time of awarding the prize.

10. Upon winning, 888Poker will email the Winner with details about the Prize and necessary next steps, also asking for required information. The Winner is expected to provide all requested information to 888Poker within three days.

11. The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

12. The Prize may not be granted if the recipient's account is closed, banned, or self-excluded.

13. For Prizes that include a Buy-In, 888Poker will cover the Main Event's Buy-In; however, participants must follow the event organizer's rules and regulations. By claiming the Prize, Winners agree to adhere to these stipulations. https://www.casinogranvia.es/condiciones-generales

14. 888Poker or any evoke Group entity will not be responsible for any tax obligations that arise concerning the Prize.

15. For Prizes that include accommodation, the Winner acknowledges that all accommodation arrangements will only be made through the Main Event Travel company (the 'MET'). To assist with your accommodations, a MET representative will reach out to you about ten days after you've submitted all requested details to 888Poker and once 888Poker verifies it. Once MET confirms your eligibility as per these Terms, the accommodation value from the Prize will be credited to a MET account created in your name using the email linked to your 888Poker account. You can then visit their website at https://www.maineventtravel.com/ using the same email to choose your accommodation. Please note, no refunds will be issued if the selected accommodation costs less than the amount credited; moreover, if the accommodation you choose exceeds the Prize's value, the additional amount must be covered by the Winner.

16. Players must book their accommodations and use the funds credited to their MET account within six months. Any funds not utilized after this timeframe will be deducted from the player’s MET account.

17. For accommodation-related questions, please reach out to the assigned MET representative at the provided email address. 888live@maineventtravel.com .

18. For Prizes including travel expenses, the Winner needs to have an active 888Poker account to receive the specific funds allocated for those travel costs. This amount cannot be transferred through other means. Once credited to the Winner's 888Poker account, the funds can be withdrawn to cover travel expenses.

19. The Winner must fully comply with any additional conditions linked to the Prize, including but not limited to ticket terms, general entry requirements, dress codes, and restrictions on alcohol consumption during the Main Event. 888Poker reserves the right to withhold or cancel the Prize if it reasonably suspects non-compliance with these additional terms.

20. 888Poker will not be accountable for arranging or covering extra expenses, such as transportation from the Winner’s home to the airport and vice versa, or any related parking costs, excess baggage fees, visa, or permit expenses, among others. The Prizes are confined to those specified in Clause 8, with no additional benefits to be provided.

21. If the Winner is unable to attend the Main Event or utilize any portion of the Prize, the monetary value of the Prize will not be given to the Winner, nor will the Prize itself be awarded, and the Winner will not be entitled to any part of the Prize.

22. The individual who wins the Prize bears full responsibility for organizing their travel arrangements to and from the event as outlined by 888Poker and in these Terms. Additionally, the Winner must secure their own travel insurance, which should encompass medical coverage as well as insurance for lost luggage.

23. For any Prizes that necessitate bookings and travel arrangements, these should be confined to the dates of the Main Event. We retain the authority to void any reservations made outside the specified dates of the Main Event.

24. In cases where Prizes are in the form of a Buy-In, the transfer of funds will be made directly to the Event organizer, accompanied by the Winner's details needed for their registration in the Event.

25. If the Prize includes a Buy-In, the Winner has the option to select one of the following dates to participate in the Main Event:

26. 888Poker does not support or endorse any agreements related to deals made within our tournament qualifiers and will not be accountable for any private arrangements established among participants.

27. A player who has closed or self-excluded their account on the website anytime prior to the event will disqualify themselves from receiving the Prize, and no reimbursement will be provided for the value of the Prize.

28. By participating in the Event, every entrant agrees to release and hold harmless 888Poker, including its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, and their personnel, from any claims for damages that may arise from this Event or the receiving, acceptance, or utilization of the Prize Package.

29. The Winner may be required to sign an insurance waiver with any external service providers related to the Prize, or with 888Poker itself. Additional documentation may also be needed as requested by 888Poker or the third-party provider before the Prize is awarded.

30. The Winner must hold a valid passport that remains effective for at least six months beyond the end of the Main Event. It is the Winner's responsibility to secure any necessary visa, ESTA, or other travel permits required to enter the host country of the Main Event. 888Poker is not liable for any travel issues arising from inadequate travel documentation, and the Prize will not be refunded.

31. 888Poker bears no responsibility for changes to flights, accommodations, or any other travel-related aspects chosen by the Winner.

Phase 3

Main Event

32. The Main Event is scheduled to take place at Casino Gran Via Madrid, running from 15/1/2025 to 19/1/2025.

33. Registration for the Event will be handled by 888Poker. Upon the Winner's arrival, a representative from 888Poker will provide them with all the necessary information about entry to the Event, along with a merchandise kit.

34. By claiming the Prize, the Winner confirms that they have reviewed and fully understand the Terms and Conditions of the Main Event and agrees to abide by all terms contained therein. If the Winner disagrees with these Terms and Conditions, 888Poker retains the right to retract their participation in the Main Event.

35. If there are any suspicions regarding false identities, fraudulent use of identification, or attempts to engage through another person, access to the Main Event will be denied. Furthermore, failure to present valid identification on the day of the Event will prevent the Winner from participating.

36. By entering the Main Event, the Winner commits to acting as a representative of the 888Poker brand, which involves wearing the branded attire provided by the Company for the entire duration of the Main Event, including the final table. The Winner acknowledges that they are not an authorized legal representative of 888Poker or any evoke Group company and must not claim to represent 888Poker or any of its affiliates. Additionally, the Winner agrees not to display or wear any 888 branding at other events following the conclusion of the Main Event.

37. Through their participation in the Event and winning the Prize, the Winner grants 888Poker and any evoke Group affiliated companies, along with their partners, an unrestricted, worldwide, sublicensable, perpetual, royalty-free, and irrevocable right to utilize their name, image, voice, and likeness for promotional and marketing activities related to 888Poker, without any form of compensation. The Winner relinquishes any claims against 888Poker and evoke Group companies regarding this usage.

38. During the Main Event, strict regulations will be enforced concerning player conduct, which could lead to disqualification. If the Winner breaches the established terms and is penalized or disqualified, 888Poker will not take on any responsibility for the Winner, and refunds will not be provided.

39. The Event organizers reserve the right to modify or amend any aspect of the Main Event, including its Terms and Conditions. The Winner is responsible for regularly checking the website https://www.casinogranvia.es for any updates or changes pertaining to the Event.

General Terms and Conditions (applicable to all phases)

40. These Terms and Conditions are applicable to every phase of the Event, and all participants must follow these Terms throughout their engagement in any segment of the Event.

41. If any Prize is unavailable for whatever reason, 888Poker reserves the right to provide a substitute Prize that is of equal or greater value. Cash alternatives are not permitted.

42. All participants must be 18 years of age or older to take part in the Event or Promotion. Therefore, no Prizes will be granted to individuals below this age, nor will they be allowed to enter the Event.

43. 888Poker does not support any agreements or arrangements made by participants that contravene poker regulations. Consequently, 888Poker will not be held liable for resolving any private deals made between attendees.

44. The personal information of the Winner may be disclosed to:

a. The Main Event Organizers (Casino Gran Via, Madrid) for registration purposes in the Main Event. This information will be handled in accordance with the privacy policy of the Main Event Organizer, available for review on their website https://www.casinogranvia.es/

b. Furthermore, the Winner's personal details may be provided to MET (https://www.maineventtravel.com/) for the purpose of coordinating and facilitating participation in the Main Event. This data will be processed in alignment with MET's privacy policy, available for review at https://maineventtravel.com/pages/page/privacy .

c. Also, the Winner consents to 888Poker and any third-party service providers related to the Prize sharing their personal information with the third-party vendor to ensure the Prize is delivered to the Winner.

45. 888Poker and any associated evoke Group companies will not be liable for any personal damages or losses experienced during travel or at the Main Event, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, or personal property loss. They are also not responsible for any damages, losses, expenses (such as travel and accommodation) or complications resulting from the Winner's participation in the Event or related activities, including matters regarding health regulations applicable to travel to or from the Main Event location.

46. Should any Prize become unavailable for any reason, 888Poker reserves the right to replace it with an alternative of equivalent or higher value. Cash alternatives are not an option.

47. Prizes cannot be sold or exchanged for cash (or for any other prizes) and cannot be transferred to another individual. Only one Prize is permitted per Winner.

48. All regulations regarding fraud and collusion on the website are enforced. Any fraudulent actions will lead to the forfeiture of the Winner's Prize (and their friends will not be eligible for any part of the Prize Package), and 888Poker reserves the right to take further actions against such a Winner, which may include account termination and disqualification from the Event, Main Event, or Promotion.

49. This Event is designed to enhance customers' enjoyment of our services, and any attempts to exploit or manipulate the promotion, or to contravene its spirit, will not be tolerated. This could result in forfeiture, blocking or cancellation of prizes, as well as immediate exclusion from current and future promotions or closure of the account (if necessary). 888Poker will reasonably determine what constitutes manipulation or abuse of a promotion.

50. Prizes may be supplied by third parties. In this scenario:

a. 888Poker does not guarantee and will not be liable for the authenticity or quality of such Prizes;

b. 888Poker will not be held accountable for any changes to these Prizes (including but not limited to alterations to dates, times, venues, or the inherent nature of these Prizes due to interruptions, postponements, cancellations, or other issues); and

c. The Winner of such Prizes must thoroughly comply with any additional terms and conditions set forth regarding such prizes (including but not limited to ticket terms, general admission guidelines, dress codes, or restrictions on alcohol consumption). 888Poker retains the right to withhold or cancel any Prize delivery if there are reasonable doubts regarding the Winner's compliance with these additional terms and conditions.

51. The Terms and Conditions are written in English. If there are any inconsistencies between the translations and the original English text, the English version will take precedence.

52. 888 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time, especially for security reasons, in cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, due to changes in laws or regulations, or based on business needs. Should there be substantial alterations, 888Poker will notify the Winner in a timely manner.

53. 888 retains the authority to revoke or cancel the Prize Package for the Winner without any financial compensation if the Winner is under investigation or if their account on the site is deactivated.

54. Any clauses in this document that inherently need to endure even after the termination or conclusion of these events will remain effective until they fulfill their intended purpose.

55. A total of 5% of the 888 Live Event's Prize pool, excluding satellite entries, will be withheld to cover organizational expenses and prizes.

56. If there is a violation of these terms, or if a participant is deemed ineligible for any promotion (at the reasonable discretion of 888Poker), the company reserves the right to withhold or cancel any Prizes involved in the promotion without assuming any liability.

57. 888Poker has the right to amend or terminate this Event or Promotion at any time, either temporarily or permanently, without prior notice.

58. The decision made by 888Poker regarding any disputes related to this Promotion will be considered conclusive, and the company will not engage in further correspondence.

59. 888Poker cannot be held responsible for any errors, delays, or issues related to data handling or delivery in connection with this Promotion.

60. The Event is subject to these Terms as well as the applicable Terms of Service for players, and all parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England.
