SIGNIFICANT CONDITIONS

PLEASE REVIEW THIS INFORMATION PRIOR TO CONTINUING WITH THE REST OF THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS

It is imperative that you thoroughly examine these terms and conditions (the 'Terms') along with the relevant 888Poker Terms of Service before you choose to participate in any segment of the 888Poker Live Event.

The 888Poker Live Event (the 'Event') comprises three main phases:

1. The Online Satellites hosted on the 888Poker website.
2. The Main Event Qualifying Satellites are held on the 888Poker website, where participants have the chance to win exciting prizes, including entry into the Main Event.
3. The Main Event (\"the Main Event\") will occur during the 888Poker Live Event in London from September 4.^thuntil 14^thSeptember

Phases 1 and 2 will be conducted online, while Phase 3 will transition into a live, in-person gathering at the Event. 888 is a sponsor of the Event, which consists of various poker tournaments.

888poker will run a special promotion connected to the Event, granting prizes for the Main Event to participants who successfully fulfill the criteria detailed in these Terms (the 'Promotion'). These Terms establish the rules and conditions governing your participation in both the Event and the Promotion.

The Online Satellites and Main Event Qualifying Satellites are organized by the relevant evoke Group company (as outlined in the Terms of Service applicable to you based on your playing location) ('888Poker'), which operates the www.parquetbinet.com website (the 'Website').

The organization of the Event is handled by Grosvenor Victoria Casino in London. The guidelines for the Event are determined by the organizer, and 888poker bears no responsibility in this regard. It is the individual's responsibility to stay informed about and adhere to the Event rules before taking part.

Please recognize that this Agreement constitutes: (a) a legally binding contract between you and 888Poker, (b) the comprehensive and final agreement related to your participation in the Event and its corresponding Promotions, and (c) it supersedes any prior agreements on this subject.

You affirm that you have not depended on any representations or promises, whether written or oral, apart from those expressly stated in these Terms. 888Poker reserves the discretion to delegate its rights, licenses, and commitments under these Terms to any member of the evoke Group or another third party without prior notice.

You acknowledge and consent that 888Poker, or an authorized representative acting on its behalf, has the right to take reasonable measures to enforce the Terms at any time.

By taking part in the Event and Promotion, you signify your acceptance and agreement to adhere to the Terms, which form a legal contract between you and 888Poker. Should you disagree with these Terms, you may not engage in the Event or Promotion.

All participants across every phase of the Event must be a minimum of 18 years old. All Terms and Conditions are applicable.

Phase 1

Online Satellites 

1. The initial stage of the Event encompasses a qualifying phase where individuals can enter online via various satellites, with buy-ins starting as low as 1 cent - Compete your way up! (the 'Online Satellites').
2. The Online Satellites phase will proceed according to the Terms of Service indicated in the satellite lobby.
3. Winners of the Online Satellites will earn the opportunity to advance to Phase 2.
4. Alternatively, you can bypass Phase 1 entirely and head straight to Phase 2 by paying a buy-in fee of $109 for the Main Event Qualifying Satellites.

Phase 2

Main Event Qualifying Satellites

5. Participants in this stage will consist of those who have successfully completed Phase 1 or have paid the Buy-In as described in point 4.
6. The Phase 2 - Main Event Qualifying Satellites will be subject to these Terms and the corresponding Terms of Service.
7. By participating in the Main Event Qualifying Satellites, you can enter the Promotion and have the chance to secure a Prize for entry to the Main Event.
8. Prize(s) for the Promotion will be awarded to the winners of Phase 2 as detailed below.

9. Any conversion value or rate mentioned in this Agreement is strictly for informational purposes. Actual conversion rates may fluctuate, and you acknowledge that such rates do not establish a binding guarantee of a specific exchange rate at the time of awarding the prize.
10. Following a win, 888Poker will email the Winner detailing the Prize and giving necessary instructions and further steps required, alongside a request for information. The Winner is required to provide all necessary information to 888Poker within three days.
11. The Prize is not transferable. Cash redemption is not permitted for the Prize.
12. The Prize cannot be granted in instances where the participant's account is closed, banned, or self-excluded.
13. For Prizes that include a Buy-In, 888Poker will cover the Buy-In for the Main Event; however, participants are required to follow the rules and regulations set forth by the event organizer. By accepting the Prize, Winners agree to adhere to these rules.
14. 888Poker or any entity within the evoke Group will not be liable for any tax implications tied to the Prize.
15. In cases where Prizes include accommodation, the Winner acknowledges that all arrangements for accommodation will be coordinated solely through the Main Event Travel company (the 'MET'). To assist with your accommodation arrangements, a MET representative will reach out approximately 10 days after you have supplied all the requested information to 888Poker and following its verification. Once MET confirms your eligibility as per these Terms, the accommodation value from your Prize will be credited to a MET account made in your name using the email affiliated with your 888Poker account. You will then have access to their website at https://www.maineventtravel.com/ with the same email to select your accommodation. No refunds will be offered if the chosen accommodation's value is less than the credited amount; additionally, if the selected accommodation exceeds the Prize value, the excess cost must be covered by the Winner.
16. Players must secure their lodgings using the funds in their MET account within six months. Any remaining funds after this timeframe will be deducted from the player's MET account.
17. For any queries regarding accommodation arrangements, please connect with the assigned MET representative at the provided email: 888live@maineventtravel.com .  
18. For Prizes covering Travel Expenses, the Winner is required to maintain an active 888Poker account to obtain the funds specifically allocated for those travel costs. This amount will not be distributed through any other means. Once the funds are credited to the Winner's 888Poker account, the Winner can withdraw them to cover travel expenses.
19. The Winner must comply completely with any supplementary terms and conditions related to the Prize, including but not limited to ticket terms, general admission prerequisites, dress codes, and alcohol consumption restrictions applicable to the Main Event. 888Poker retains the right to withhold or cancel the Prize delivery if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Winner is not complying or will not comply with additional terms and conditions.
20. 888Poker will not hold responsibility for arranging or supporting additional costs, such as transport from the Winner's home to the airport or from the airport to the hotel, along with any associated parking fees, extra luggage charges, visa or permit fees, among others. The Prizes are constrained to those outlined in Clause 8, and no additional benefits will be provided.
21. If the selected Winner cannot participate in the Main Event or claim any aspect of the Prize, they will not receive the monetary equivalent of the Prize, nor will any part of the Prize be awarded to them. Ultimately, the Winner will forfeit their right to any portion of the Prize.
22. The Winner is entirely responsible for organizing their transportation to and from the event following the guidelines laid out by 888Poker and outlined in these Terms. Additionally, obtaining travel insurance—covering aspects like medical needs and lost baggage—rests solely on the Winner.
23. Reservations, bookings, and travel arrangements for Prizes must align strictly with the dates set for the Main Event. We reserve the right to nullify any reservations made outside the perimeters of the specified Main Event dates.
24. For Prizes that involve a Buy-In, the corresponding amount will be sent straight to the organizer of the Event, along with the Winner's details required for their registration.
25. For Prizes that entail a Buy-In, the Winner is able to select from the following days to take part in the Main Event:

26. 888Poker does not support or endorse any private agreements made during our tournament qualifiers, and will not hold any responsibility for settling private dealings among participants.
27. If a player's account has been closed or if they have self-excluded prior to the event, they will be ineligible to claim the Prize, and no monetary refund for the Prize will be provided.
28. By entering the Event, each participant agrees to release and indemnify 888Poker, along with its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective agents and employees, from any damages resulting from their involvement in the Event or the Prize Package award, acceptance, or usage.
29. The Winner may need to complete and sign an insurance waiver with any service provider associated with the Prize or with 888Poker itself. Moreover, they may also be required to sign any additional paperwork requested by 888Poker or the service provider before receiving the Prize.
30. The Winner is required to hold a valid passport that continues to be effective for at least six months after the Main Event ends. It is also their responsibility to secure any necessary visas, ESTA, or other travel permits needed for entry into the event's country. 888Poker will not take on any responsibility if the Winner cannot travel due to lacking appropriate travel documents, and thus, the monetary value of the Prize will not be reimbursed.
31. 888Poker is not liable for any alterations to flights, lodgings, or other elements related to the Winner's travel itinerary.

Phase 3

Main Event 

32. The Main Event will be hosted at Grosvenor Victoria Casino in London, scheduled from 10/9/2025 to 14/9/2025.
33. 888Poker will handle the registration process for the Event. When the Winner arrives, an 888Poker representative will provide comprehensive information regarding their entry into the Event and will hand over the official merchandise kit.
34. By accepting the Prize, the Winner confirms that they have read and understood the Terms and Conditions laid out for the Main Event and commits to adhering to all included stipulations. Should the Winner disagree with these Terms, 888Poker reserves the right to revoke their participation.
35. Should there be any suspicion of identity fraud, misuse of the Winner's identification, or attempts at impersonation, access to the Main Event will be denied. Furthermore, if the Winner fails to present valid identification on the day of the event, participation will not be permitted.
36. In joining this Main Event, the Winner agrees to represent the 888Poker brand during the Event by wearing branded attire supplied by the Company throughout the duration of the Event, including at the final table. The Winner acknowledges they are not an authorized legal entity of 888Poker or the evoke Group and do not have the authority to act on behalf of 888Poker or the evoke Group. Additionally, the Winner must not wear or display 888 branding at any other events following the Main Event.
37. By engaging in the Event and winning the Prize, the Winner grants 888Poker and any affiliated organizations a worldwide, transferable, royalty-free, and irrevocable right to use their name, image, voice, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes related to 888Poker without recompense. The Winner explicitly waives any claims against 888Poker and the associated companies in this regard.
38. Throughout the Main Event, Event organizers will enforce stringent rules governing player conduct, which could lead to disqualification. Should the Winner face penalties or disqualification due to misconduct not adhering to the guidelines set out by the Event organizers, 888Poker will accept no liability, and refunds will not be issued.
39. The Event organizers maintain the right to alter, amend, or adjust any aspect of the Main Event's structure or its Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are relevant to all phases of the Event. All participants must comply with these Terms during their full engagement in any phase of the Event.

40. In the event a Prize is unavailable for any reason, 888Poker reserves the right to replace it with an alternative Prize of equal or greater value. No cash alternative will be offered.
41. Participants must be at least 18 years old to enter the Event or Promotion. Therefore, no Prize will be given to individuals under this age, nor will they be permitted to take part in the Event.
42. 888Poker does not support any agreements or arrangements established by participants if they contravene any poker regulations. Consequently, 888Poker will not be liable for resolving any private transactions made between members.
43. The personal information of the Winner may be shared with:

3. 888 and any entity within the evoke Group are not liable for any personal injuries or losses sustained during travel or at the Main Event, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, or the loss of personal belongings. They are also not responsible for any damages, losses, expenses (including those for travel and accommodation), or inconveniences that result from the Winner's participation in the Event or any related activities, including any health regulations pertaining to travel to or from the Main Event venue.

45. If any Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, 888Poker retains the right to replace it with an alternative Prize of equal or greater value. No cash alternative will be made available.
46. Prizes are not to be sold, exchanged for cash (or other prizes), or transferred to others. Each Winner is entitled to only one Prize.
47. All rules regarding website fraud and collusion remain in effect. Any fraudulent activity conducted will lead to the Winner's disqualification from receiving their Prize (as well as their friends being ineligible for any part of the Prize Package), and 888Poker reserves the right to implement further actions against such a Winner, which could range from account termination to disqualification from the Event, Main Event, or Promotion.
48. This Event aims to enrich customers' experiences with our services, and any attempts to manipulate or exploit a promotion—or undermine its spirit—will be met with swift action, which could involve forfeiting, blocking, or canceling Prizes, as well as immediate exclusion from current and future promotions and/or account closure (as applicable). 888Poker will determine, at its discretion, what qualifies as manipulation or abuse of a promotion.
49. Prizes may be supplied by third parties. In such cases:
50. 888Poker does not guarantee or assume responsibility for the authenticity or quality of any such Prizes;

1. 888Poker will not be held liable for any changes affecting such Prizes (including, but not limited to, alterations to dates, times, locations, or the nature of the Prizes due to interruptions, delays, cancellations, or other factors); and
2. The Winner of such a Prize must comply fully with any additional terms and conditions associated with it (including, without limitation, any ticket terms and conditions, general admission guidelines, dress codes, or alcohol consumption restrictions). 888Poker retains the right to withhold delivery and/or cancel any such Prizes if it reasonably suspects that the Winner has not adhered to, or will not adhere to, these additional terms and conditions.
3. If the Winner is unable to participate in the Main Event or claim any part of the Prize, they will not receive any cash equivalent of the Prize, nor will the Prize be awarded to them, leaving them with no entitlement to any portion of it.

51. It is the Winner's sole responsibility to coordinate their travel arrangements to and from the event as per the guidelines specified by 888Poker and the stipulated terms. Additionally, the Winner must secure their own travel insurance that covers aspects such as medical treatment and lost baggage.
52. When it comes to Prizes that need prior bookings or travel plans, these should be confined to the scheduled dates surrounding the Main Event. We retain the authority to annul any bookings made for dates outside the specified time frame.
53. Prizes that include a Buy-In will have the corresponding amount directly sent to the Event organizers, including the Winner’s details necessary for their event registration.
54. For those Prizes that offer a Buy-In, the Winner has the option to participate on one of the following Main Event days:

58. 888Poker does not support any private agreements made among participants in our tournament qualifiers and will not be responsible for resolving any such personal deals.
59. Should a player's account have been closed or marked for self-exclusion at any point prior to the event, they will be ineligible for the Prize, and no cash value will be reimbursed.
60. By entering the Event, each participant consents to release 888Poker and its legal representatives, subsidiaries, and staff from any claims or damages related to the Event or the Prize Package.
61. The Winner might have to fill out and sign a liability waiver for any third-party service provider associated with the Prize, alongside any additional documents requested by 888Poker or the service provider before the Prize can be accessed.
62. The Winner must have a valid passport that is at least six months valid beyond the Main Event's conclusion and is responsible for acquiring any necessary visas, ESTA, or travel permits to enter the event host country. 888Poker holds no accountability for the Winner's inability to travel due to insufficient documentation, and no cash value of the Prize will be refunded. https://www.parquetbinet.com/ ).
