SIGNIFICANT CONDITIONS
PLEASE REVIEW THIS INFORMATION BEFORE PROCEEDING TO THE REST OF THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS.
You should thoroughly read these terms and conditions (the 'Terms') along with the relevant 888Poker Terms of Service before taking part in any stage of the 888Poker Live Event.
The 888Poker Live Event (the 'Event') comprises three stages:
i. Online Satellites conducted on the 888Poker website.
ii. Main Event Qualifying Satellites on the 888Poker website, where entrants can compete for multiple prizes, including a chance to participate in the Main Event.
iii. The Main Event ('the Main Event') occurs during the 888Poker Live Event edition in Glasgow from March 13th to March 23rd.
Phases 1 and 2 will take place online, while Phase 3 will be a live event during the tournament. 888 is a sponsor of this event, which features various poker competitions.
888poker will run a promotional offering linked to the Event, which includes awarding prizes for the Main Event to those who successfully meet the requirements outlined in these Terms (the 'Promotion'). These Terms stipulate the rules and conditions governing your participation in both the Event and the Promotion.
The Online Satellites and Main Event Qualifying Satellites are organized by the respective evoke Group company (as indicated in the Terms of Service which apply to you based on your playing country) ('888Poker'), who operates the www.parquetbinet.com website (the 'Website').
The Event is coordinated by Grosvenor Casino Merchant City in Glasgow. The rules for the Event are set by the organizer, and 888poker accepts no responsibility for these regulations. It is your duty to stay informed about and adhere to the Event rules before participating.
Please note that this Agreement is: (a) a legally binding contract with you and 888Poker, (b) the complete understanding concerning your participation in the Event and Promotion, and (c) it nullifies any prior agreements related to this subject.
You confirm that you have not relied on any claims or promises, whether written or verbal, except for those explicitly mentioned in these Terms. 888Poker reserves the right to assign its rights, licenses, and obligations under these Terms to any member of the evoke Group or third parties without informing you.
You acknowledge and accept that 888Poker, or an approved third party representing it, possesses the authority to undertake any reasonable measures to uphold these Terms at any time.
By participating in the Event and Promotion, you indicate your acceptance and agreement to adhere to these Terms, which create a legal contract between you and us. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are prohibited from taking part in the Event or the Promotion.
All individuals participating in any phase of the Event must be at least 18 years old. Full Terms and Conditions apply.

Phase 1
Online Satellites
1. The initial phase of the Event consists of qualifiers where participants can register online by entering various online satellites starting at just 1 cent—Climb your way to the top! (the 'Online Satellites').
2. The Online Satellites phase operates according to the Terms of Service specified in the satellite lobby.
3. Winners of the Online Satellites will get the opportunity to progress to Phase 2.
4. Alternatively, you can bypass Phase 1 and go straight to Phase 2 by paying the buy-in fee of $109 for the Phase 2 - Main Event Qualifying Satellites.
Phase 2
Main Event Qualifying Satellites
5. Participants in this phase include those who successfully completed Phase 1 or acquired the Buy-In as discussed in point 4.
6. Phase 2 - Main Event Qualifying Satellites will be governed by these Terms and the Terms of Service.
7. By participating in the Main Event Qualifying Satellites, you're eligible for the Promotion and can win a Prize to enter the Main Event.
8. The winner(s) of the Promotion will be those who succeed in Phase 2, and they will receive the Prizes delineated below.

9. Any reference to conversion amounts or rates in this Agreement is merely for informational purposes. The actual conversion rates may differ, and you acknowledge that these rates do not guarantee any specific exchange rate at the time the prize is awarded.
10. Following a win, 888Poker will send an email to the Winner detailing the Prize and outlining next steps, alongside a request for specific information. The Winner is required to provide all necessary information to 888Poker within three days.
11. The Prize cannot be transferred and is not exchangeable for cash.
12. The Prize may not be awarded if the account is closed, banned, or self-excluded.
13. For Prizes that include a Buy-In, 888Poker will cover the Main Event Buy-In; however, participants must comply with the rules established by the event organizer. Acceptance of the Prize signifies agreement to abide by these regulations https://www.grosvenorcasinos.com/static/privacy-policy.
14. 888Poker or any member of the evoke Group shall not be liable for any tax obligations linked to the Prize.
15. For Prizes that encompass accommodation, the Winner acknowledges that all arrangements will be exclusively coordinated through the Main Event Travel company (the 'MET'). To facilitate your accommodation logistics, a MET representative will contact you approximately 10 days after you supply all requested information to 888Poker and once 888Poker verifies it. When MET confirms your eligibility according to these Terms, the amount designated for your accommodation from the Prize will be credited to a MET account set up in your name, using the same email address linked to your 888Poker account. You can then access their website at https://www.maineventtravel.com/ with that email address to select your accommodations. No refunds will be provided if the selected accommodations are valued lower than the credited amount; furthermore, if any chosen accommodation exceeds the Prize's value, the excess must be paid by the Winner.
16. Players must book their accommodations and use the funds credited to their MET account within six months. Any remaining funds after this period will be removed from the player's MET account.
17. For any questions concerning accommodation arrangements, please reach out to the designated MET representative via the following email address: 888live@maineventtravel.com .
18. If the Prize involves Travel Expenses, the Winner must maintain an active 888Poker account to receive the funds earmarked for these expenses. This amount will not be transferred by any alternative method. Once the funds are credited to the Winner's 888Poker account, they may withdraw it to cover their travel costs.
19. The Winner agrees to comply with any additional terms and conditions associated with the Prize, including but not limited to ticket terms, general admission requirements, dress codes, and restrictions on alcohol consumption at the Main Event. 888Poker reserves the right to withhold the delivery of and/or revoke the Prize if it reasonably suspects that the Winner has not adhered to or will not comply with any of these additional terms and conditions.
20. 888Poker will not be liable for any additional expenses incurred, such as travel from the Winner's residence to the airport and subsequently to the hotel, as well as other associated fees like parking, extra luggage costs, or visa application charges. The Prizes are strictly limited to what is specified in Clause 8, and no further perks will be granted.
21. Should the Winner be unable to attend the Main Event or make use of any part of the Prize, they will not receive any monetary equivalent of the Prize, nor will the Prize itself be awarded, and the Winner will forfeit all rights to any portion of the Prize.
22. The Winner is entirely responsible for organizing their own travel arrangements to and from the event, adhering to the instructions provided by 888Poker and the established Terms. Additionally, the Winner needs to secure their own travel insurance, which must cover various aspects like health emergencies and loss of belongings.
23. For any Prizes that require reservations, all bookings and travel plans must be confined to the dates of the Main Event. We reserve the right to void any reservations made for dates outside the specified timeframe of the Main Event.
24. In cases where the Prize includes a Buy-In, the amount will be directly transferred to the Event organizer, accompanied by the necessary information about the Winner for registration purposes.
25. For those Prizes that incorporate a Buy-In, the Winner can choose to participate on one of the following dates of the Main Event:

26. 888Poker does not support any private agreements made within our tournament qualifiers, and as such, it will not take responsibility for settling any personal deals made among participants.
27. If at any point leading up to the event a player's account has been closed or self-excluded, they will be ineligible to claim the Prize, and no monetary redemption for the Prize will occur.
28. By participating in the Event, each entrant agrees to release 888Poker, along with its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their officials, from any and all liabilities that may arise from this Event or the awarding, acceptance, or use of the Prize Package.
29. The Winner may need to complete and sign an insurance waiver with a third-party vendor associated with the Prize or with 888Poker. They may also be required to sign additional documentation as per the requests of 888Poker or the relevant vendor before receiving the Prize.
30. The Winner must hold a valid passport that remains effective for a minimum of six months after the Main Event concludes. It is the Winner's obligation to secure any necessary visa, ESTA, or other travel permits for entry into the country hosting the Main Event. 888Poker will not take responsibility for the Winner's inability to travel due to improper documentation, and no monetary compensation for the Prize will be provided.
31. 888Poker is not liable for any changes regarding flights, accommodation, or any other travel logistics selected by the Winner.
Phase 3
Main Event
32. The Main Event is scheduled to take place at the Merchant City Grosvenor Casino in Glasgow, from 13/3/2025 through 23/3/2025.
33. 888Poker will handle the registration process for the Event. After your arrival, a representative from 888Poker will provide you with all necessary information relevant to your participation in the Event, as well as your merchandise kit from 888Poker.
34. By accepting the Prize, the Winner confirms that they have read and understood the Terms and Conditions associated with the Main Event and agrees to abide by all stipulated requirements. If the Winner disagrees with these Terms and Conditions, 888Poker will revoke the Winner's participation in the Main Event.
35. Should there be any doubts regarding a fake identity, fraudulent use of the Winner's identification, or attempts for another person to represent the Winner, access to the Main Event will be denied. Furthermore, if the Winner does not provide valid identification on the day of the Event, they will not be allowed to participate.
36. By joining this Main Event, the Winner commits to represent the 888Poker brand, which entails wearing branded clothing and patches supplied by the Company throughout the Main Event, including at the final table. The Winner acknowledges that they are not an official legal representative of 888Poker or any associated Group and do not have the authority to act on behalf of 888Poker or any affiliates. Additionally, they agree to refrain from wearing or displaying 888's branding at any other events post-Main Event.
37. By winning the Prize and participating in the Event, the Winner permits 888Poker and any associated Group, including their partners and marketing affiliates, to utilize their name, image, voice, and likeness for promotional purposes, whether online or offline, connected to 888Poker. The Winner relinquishes any claims against 888Poker and its affiliates regarding this usage.
38. The Event organizers will enforce a strict code of conduct during the Main Event, which could lead to disqualification. If the Winner is penalized or disqualified due to behavior that violates the established terms, 888Poker will not assume any responsibility or liability, and no refunds will be offered.
39. The Event organizers retain the authority to alter, adapt, or modify any aspect of the Main Event's organization or its Terms and Conditions. The Winner must routinely check the website for any updates pertaining to the Event. https://www.grosvenorcasino.com 40. These Terms and Conditions pertain to all stages of the Event. Every participant is obliged to follow these Terms during their entire involvement in any phase of the Event.
General Terms and Conditions (applicable across all phases).
41. If a Prize is found to be unavailable for any reason, 888Poker reserves the right to replace it with an alternative of equal or greater value. However, there will be no cash substitute offered.
42. To participate in the Event or Promotion, all entrants must be 18 years of age or older. Therefore, no Prizes will be awarded to anyone below this age, nor will they be allowed to enter the Event.
43. 888Poker does not endorse any arrangements made by participants that contravene poker regulations. Accordingly, 888Poker will not be held accountable for resolving any personal deals made among players.
44. The personal data of the Winner may be disclosed to:
a. The Main Event Organizer (Merchant City Grosvenor Casino, Glasgow) for the purpose of registration for the Main Event. This information will be processed in line with the Organizer's privacy policy, available on their website https://www.grosvenorcasinos.com.
b. Moreover, the Winner's data may be shared with MET (https://www.maineventtravel.com/) to facilitate their participation in the Main Event. This will be processed pursuant to MET's privacy policy, accessible at
c. In addition, the Winner authorizes 888Poker and any vendors connected to the Prize to share their personal information with these third parties for the Prize delivery. https://maineventtravel.com/pages/page/privacy .
45. 888Poker, along with any associated Group companies, will not be liable for any personal injuries or losses that may occur during travel or at the Main Event, including but not limited to accidents, health issues, or damage to personal belongings. They will also not be responsible for any losses, expenses (covering travel and accommodation), or inconveniences arising from a Winner's participation in the Event or related activities, including matters concerning relevant health regulations pertinent to travel to and from the Main Event location.
46. If a Prize is rendered unavailable for any reason, 888Poker reserves the prerogative to substitute it with an alternate Prize of equal or greater value. A cash alternative will not be made available.
47. Prizes cannot be sold, exchanged for cash (or any other prizes), or transferred to any other party. Each Winner is limited to one Prize.
48. All rules against website fraud and collusion are strictly enforced. Any fraudulent behavior will result in the forfeiture of the Winner's Prize (and will prevent their friends from receiving any part of the Prize Package), and 888Poker reserves the right to initiate further action against the Winner, which may include account termination and disqualification from the Event, Main Event, or Promotion.
49. This Event is designed to enhance customer enjoyment of our services, and any attempts to manipulate or exploit a promotion or compromise its integrity will not be tolerated. Such actions may lead to the forfeiture, suspension, or cancellation of prizes, and potentially an immediate ban from this and future promotions and/or the closure of the involved account (as appropriate). 888Poker will exercise its discretion to define what constitutes manipulation or misuse of a promotion.
50. Prizes may be provided by third-party entities. In these cases:
a. 888Poker does not ensure, and will not be held liable for, the authenticity or quality of any such Prizes;
b. Furthermore, 888Poker will not be responsible for any modifications related to these Prizes (including changes in dates, times, locations, or the nature of the Prizes due to various factors such as delays or cancellations); and
20. 888Poker will not take responsibility for any extra costs that may arise, including transportation for the Winner from their residence to the airport and vice versa, as well as any parking charges, additional luggage fees, visa or permit costs, and similar expenses. The Prizes are strictly those outlined in Clause 8, and there will be no extra benefits offered.
21. If the Winner cannot attend the Main Event or make use of any part of the Prize, the monetary equivalent of the Prize will not be given to the Winner, and they will forfeit their entitlement to it.
22. The Winner is fully accountable for organizing their travel arrangements to and from the event based on the directions given by 888Poker and these Terms. Additionally, the Winner must secure their own travel insurance, which should include medical coverage and protection against lost luggage, among other things.
23. For Prizes that necessitate reservations, bookings, and travel plans, these must coincide precisely with the dates of the Main Event. We reserve the right to nullify any bookings made outside these specified dates.
24. When it comes to Prizes that involve a Buy-In, the amount will be directly sent to the Event organizer alongside the necessary registration information for the Winner to be enrolled in the Event.
25. Winners of Buy-In Prizes can choose to participate on one of the following days of the Main Event:

27. If a player's account has been deactivated or they have voluntarily excluded themselves at any point leading up to the event, they will not qualify for the Prize, which means the monetary value of the Prize won't be refunded.
28. By entering the Event, each participant consents to release and indemnify 888Poker, including its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, and all associated personnel, from any claims or damages arising from the Event or from the Prize Package's awarding, acceptance, or use.
29. The Winner may need to fill out and sign an insurance waiver with any third-party service providers in connection with the Prize, or with 888. Additional paperwork may also be required by 888Poker or the third-party service providers before the Prize is awarded.
30. The Winner must have a valid passport that remains valid for at least six months after the Main Event. It is also the Winner's responsibility to acquire any necessary visas, ESTA, or travel permits required for entry into the country hosting the Main Event. 888Poker will not be liable if the Winner cannot travel due to insufficient travel documentation, and they will not receive a monetary refund for the Prize. https://www.parquetbinet.com/ ).
