PLEASE ENSURE YOU READ THIS INFORMATION PRIOR TO REVIEWING THE REMAINDER OF THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS.

It is crucial to thoroughly review these terms and conditions (the \"Terms\") alongside the relevant 888Poker Terms of Service prior to participating in any segment of the 888Poker Live Event.

The 888Poker Live Event (the \"Event\") comprises three distinct phases:

1. The first phase involves Online Satellites hosted on the 888Poker platform.
2. The second phase features Main Event Qualifying Satellites hosted on the 888Poker website, where participants can win various prizes, including a chance to enter the Main Event.
3. The Main Event takes place during the 888Poker Live Event in Barcelona from May 8 to May 18.^thuntil 18^thMay

Phases 1 and 2 will be conducted online, while Phase 3 will consist of a live, in-person event during the Event. 888poker acts as a sponsor for the occasion, which features multiple poker tournaments.

888poker will host a promotion tied to the Event, offering prizes for the Main Event to players who successfully meet the criteria outlined in these Terms (the \"Promotion\"). These Terms detail the rules and conditions for your involvement in both the Event and the Promotion.

The Online Satellites and Main Event Qualifying Satellites are organized by the appropriate evoke Group company (as defined in the Terms of Service that are relevant to your play region) (\"888Poker\"), the operator of the website at www.parquetbinet.com (the \"Website\").

Casino Barcelona is responsible for organizing the Event. The organizer defines the rules for the Event, and 888poker disclaims any liability concerning those rules. It is your responsibility to be aware of and comply with the Event rules prior to participating.

Please note that this Agreement serves as: (a) a legally binding contract between you and 888Poker, (b) a comprehensive understanding of your participation in the Event and the Promotion, and (c) it supersedes any prior agreements pertaining to this subject.

You acknowledge that you have not relied on any representations or statements, whether written or oral, apart from those explicitly mentioned within these Terms. 888Poker holds the discretion to transfer its rights, licenses, and responsibilities under these Terms to any entity within the evoke Group or to a third party without prior notice.

You recognize and accept that 888Poker, or an authorized third party acting on behalf of 888Poker, possesses the authority to take reasonable measures to enforce the Terms at any time.

By entering the Event and Promotion, you assert that you accept and agree to abide by the Terms, which form a binding agreement between you and us. Should you not consent to the Terms, participation in the Event or Promotion is prohibited.

All participants in every phase of the Event must be at least 18 years old. Complete Terms and Conditions apply.

Phase 1

Online Satellites 

1. The initial phase of the Event includes a qualifying stage where players can qualify online by engaging in a sequence of online satellites with buy-ins beginning at just 1 cent - Work your way up to success! (the \"Online Satellites\").
2. The Online Satellites phase is governed by the Terms of Service specified in the satellite lobby.
3. Winners of the Online Satellites will qualify for participation in Phase 2.
4. Alternatively, players can bypass Phase 1 and directly enter Phase 2 by paying a Buy-In of $109. Phase 2 - Main Event Qualifying Satellites.

Phase 2

Main Event Qualifying Satellites

5. Participants in this stage will include those who have either successfully completed Phase 1 or have paid the Buy-In as indicated in point 4.
6. The regulations for Phase 2 - Main Event Qualifying Satellites are governed by these Terms and the Terms of Service.
7. Engaging in the Main Event Qualifying Satellites allows you to take part in the Promotion and earn a chance to win a Prize to attend the Main Event.
8. The winner(s) of the Promotion will be determined from those who triumph in Phase 2 and will receive the Prizes outlined below.

9. Any currency conversion amount or rate stated within this Agreement is intended solely for reference. Actual conversion rates may fluctuate, and you acknowledge that these rates do not constitute a guarantee or obligation for any specific exchange rate at the time the prize is awarded.
10. Upon victory, 888Poker will notify the Winner via email detailing the Prize, offering guidance on required next steps, and requesting necessary information. The Winner must submit all required details to 888Poker within a three-day timeframe.
11. The Prize cannot be transferred to another individual. It cannot be exchanged for cash.
12. If the account is closed, suspended, or self-excluded, the Prize may be rendered invalid.
13. For Prizes that include a Buy-In, 888Poker will handle the Buy-In for the Main Event, but participants must adhere to the rules set by the event organizer. By accepting the Prize, Winners agree to respect these rules as stated on https://www.casinobarcelona.com.
14. Neither 888Poker nor any of the evoke Group entities will bear any tax responsibility linked to the Prize.
15. For Prizes that cover accommodation, the Winner agrees that all arrangements will be coordinated exclusively through the Main Event Travel company (\"MET\"). A MET representative will reach out about 10 days after you have submitted all required information to 888Poker following their verification. Once MET confirms your eligibility under these Terms, the accommodation cost from the Prize will be credited to a MET account established in your name using the email linked to your 888Poker account. You will then be able to visit their website at https://www.maineventtravel.com/ utilizing the same email address to select your accommodation. No refunds will be provided if the selected accommodation's value is less than the credited amount; moreover, should any accommodation exceed the value of the Prize, the excess must be covered by the Winner.
16. Players must book their accommodation and utilize the funds in their MET account within six months. Any unused funds following this period will be forfeited from the player’s MET account.
17. For inquiries regarding accommodation arrangements, please reach out to the designated MET representative at the following email address: 888live@maineventtravel.com .  
18. For Prizes that incorporate Travel Expenses, the Winner needs to have an active account with 888Poker to receive the funds set aside for those travel expenses. This sum will not be transferred via alternative methods. Once deposited into the Winner's 888Poker account, they may withdraw it to pay for their travel expenses.
19. The Winner must adhere to any supplementary terms and conditions associated with the Prize, including but not limited to ticket terms, general admission prerequisites, dress codes, and restrictions on alcohol consumption at the Main Event. 888Poker reserves the right to withhold delivery of and/or cancel the Prize if it reasonably suspects that the Winner has not complied or is unlikely to comply with any additional terms and conditions.
20. 888Poker will not be accountable for arranging or covering additional costs, like transportation from the Winner's home to the airport and vice versa, or related parking fees, additional luggage fees, visa or permit costs, and other similar expenses. The Prizes are restricted to those specified in Clause 8, and no supplementary benefits will be offered.
21. In the scenario that the Winner cannot attend the Main Event or utilize any part of the Prize, the monetary equivalent of the Prize will not be awarded to the Winner, and the Prize will not be granted, nor will the Winner be entitled to any part of the Prize.
22. The individual who wins the Prize will have the exclusive responsibility to organize their own travel arrangements to attend the event, following the guidance provided by 888Poker and the stipulated Terms. Additionally, the Winner must secure their own travel insurance, covering aspects like medical emergencies and lost luggage.
23. For Prizes that necessitate bookings and travel arrangements, these must strictly coincide with the schedule of the Main Event. We retain the authority to annul any reservations made beyond the specified dates of the Main Event.
24. In cases where the Prize includes a Buy-In, the corresponding amount will be directly sent to the Event organizer, along with the Winner's registration details needed for participation.
25. Winners of Prizes that comprise a Buy-In can choose to compete on any of the following dates during the Main Event:

26. 888Poker does not recognize or support any agreements made during our tournament qualifiers, which means that we cannot be held accountable for any private deals formed between participants.
27. If a player has had their account closed or self-excluded at any point before the event, they will not qualify for the Prize, and no monetary refunds will be issued for the Prize's value.
28. By entering the Event, participants agree to release 888Poker, including its representatives, affiliates, and partners, from any liability for damages arising from this Event or the awarding, accepting, or utilizing of the Prize Package.
29. It may be necessary for the Winner to fill out and sign an insurance waiver with a third-party vendor involved in providing Prize-related services, or directly with 888. Additional documentation may also be requested by 888Poker or the vendor prior to the Prize being awarded.
30. The Winner needs to ensure they have a valid passport that is valid for at least six months past the days of the Main Event. They are also fully responsible for acquiring any visas, ESTAs, or other necessary travel permissions to enter the country where the Main Event is hosted. 888Poker cannot be held liable for any travel disruptions resulting from improper documentation, and no refunds will be given for the Prize.
31. 888Poker is not accountable for any modifications to flights, accommodations, or any other travel-related decisions made by the Winner.

Phase 3

Main Event 

32. The Main Event is scheduled to occur at Casino Barcelona from May 14 to May 18, 2025.
33. 888Poker will handle the registration process for the Event. Upon arrival, a representative will provide all necessary information regarding participation in the Event along with a merchandise kit from 888Poker.
34. By accepting the Prize, the Winner confirms their understanding of the Terms and Conditions related to the Main Event and agrees to adhere to all the rules laid out therein. If the Winner does not agree to the Terms, 888Poker reserves the right to revoke their participation in the event.
35. If there are suspicions regarding the authenticity of the Winner's identity, fraudulent use of identification, or attempts to have someone else represent them, entry into the Main Event will be denied. Additionally, inability to present valid ID on the event day will prevent participation.
36. By taking part in the Main Event, the Winner agrees to represent the 888Poker brand, which includes wearing branded apparel provided by the Company throughout the Event, including at the final table. The Winner acknowledges that they do not have legal authority to represent 888Poker or any affiliate of evoke Group and agrees not to wear or display 888's branding at any subsequent events after the Main Event.
37. By participating in the Event and winning the Prize, the Winner permits 888Poker and any affiliated entities of the evoke Group to utilize their name, image, voice, and likeness for marketing or promotional purposes, both online and offline related to the 888Poker brand, without any compensation. The Winner waives any claims against 888Poker and its affiliates regarding this usage.
38. During the Main Event, strict player conduct guidelines will be enforced by the organizers, which may lead to disqualification. If the Winner faces penalties or disqualification due to misconduct in violation of event rules, 888Poker will not bear any responsibility, nor will refunds be issued.
39. The event organizers have the right to amend or modify any aspect of the Main Event or its Terms and Conditions at any time. These Terms and Conditions are applicable to every phase of the Event. All participants are obligated to comply with these Terms throughout their participation in any part of the Event.

40. If a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, 888Poker may replace it with an alternative of equivalent or higher value. No cash alternatives are provided.
41. All participants must be at least 18 years old to take part in the Event or Promotion. As such, no Prizes will be awarded to those under this age, nor will they be allowed to enter the Event.
42. 888Poker does not support any agreements or arrangements made by participants that contravene poker regulations. Consequently, the company cannot be held accountable for any private deals made among participants.

3. 888Poker and any company within the evoke Group are not liable for any personal injuries or losses sustained during travel or at the Main Event, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, or loss of belongings. They also bear no responsibility for any damages, losses, costs (including travel and accommodation expenses), or inconveniences resulting from the Winner's involvement in the Event or associated activities, including concerns related to health regulations applicable to travel for the Event.

45. In the event that a Prize is unavailable for any reason, 888Poker can replace it with another Prize of equal or greater value. Cash alternatives are not offered.
46. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other prizes; only one Prize may be awarded per Winner.
47. All regulations addressing online fraud and collusion are in effect. Any fraudulent activity will lead to the Winner forfeiting their Prize (and friends not receiving any portion of the Prize Package), with 888Poker retaining the right to take further actions, which may include terminating the player's account or disqualifying them from the Event, Main Event, or Promotion.
48. This Event is designed to heighten a customer's enjoyment of our offerings, and any attempts to manipulate or misuse the promotion will not be tolerated and may result in the forfeiture, blocking, or cancellation of any Prizes, along with immediate disqualification from this and future promotions and/or account closure (if applicable). 888Poker will determine what constitutes manipulation or misuse based on reasonable discretion.
49. Prizes may originate from third-party sources. In such situations:
50. 888Poker does not guarantee or assume responsibility for the authenticity or quality of these Prizes;

1. 888Poker shall not be liable for any alterations made to these Prizes (such as date, time, location, or nature changes due to interruptions, cancellations, or other factors); and
2. the Winner of any such Prize must comply with any additional conditions associated with that Prize (including, but not limited to, ticket terms, general admission terms, dress codes, or restrictions on alcohol consumption). 888Poker reserves the right to postpone delivery of, or cancel, any Prize if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Winner has failed to comply or will not comply with any such conditions.
3. The individual who wins the Prize will take full responsibility for organizing their travel arrangements to and from the event, following the guidelines set forth by 888Poker and the stated Terms. It is also the Winner's duty to secure their travel insurance, which should cover various aspects such as medical emergencies and lost luggage.

51. For any Prizes that necessitate advance reservations, bookings, or travel plans, these arrangements must be confined to the specific dates of the Main Event. We maintain the right to annul any reservations that fall outside the appointed dates for the Main Event.
52. In cases where the Prize involves a Buy-In, the corresponding amount will be sent directly to the Event organizer, along with the Winner's information required for their registration in the Event.
53. If the Prize includes a Buy-In, the Winner has the option to choose from the following days to compete in the Main Event:

58. 888Poker does not support any private agreements or deals made within our tournament qualifiers and will not be responsible for settling such arrangements among participants.
59. If a player's account on the website has been shut down or if they have self-excluded at any point prior to the event, they will be ineligible to claim the Prize, and the monetary equivalent of the Prize will not be refunded.
60. By entering the Event, every participant consents to release and indemnify 888Poker along with its legal associates, subsidiaries, agencies, and their respective employees and agents from any issues or damages that may arise from the Event or the receipt, acceptance, or use of the Prize Package.
61. The Winner may need to fill out and sign an insurance waiver with any external vendor that provides services linked to the Prize, or with 888Poker itself. Additional documentation might also be required as determined by 888Poker or the external provider before the Prize is awarded.
62. The Winner must have a valid passport that remains effective for at least six months after the Main Event. It is solely the Winner's responsibility to secure any necessary visa, ESTA, or other travel documents needed for entry into the host country of the Main Event. 888Poker will not be liable if the Winner cannot travel due to inadequate travel documentation, and the cash equivalent of the Prize will not be refunded. https://www.parquetbinet.com/ ).
